Very good hotel. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is excellent. We love staying here. We’ve been coming to this hotel for 3 years. Always for Oct nov and December.

Big swimming pool for kids. pool access room gives convinience for kids. The beach is just across the street. fair price for facilities and good services

Excellent food, both Thai and western. Very clean and service is great.
Breakfast is included stay from 0630-10:30. It is also possible to order food after this time, but you have to pay.

Reasonable price with good stay and nice service. We are coming for family trip and selected this hotel nearby the sea with fresh air

Regretfully not one of Furama Group’s better hotels, in fact rather neglected & very much in need of a refurbishment throughout.

Supposedly a 4 star but you’d have to issue this rather run down establishment a 2 & a half star rating. Has potential to be refurbished, tidied up, cleaned up, better presented & all round given a massive face lift.

Currently the hotel is just not up to speed in terms of design, layout, decor, furnishings, paint condition, visible wear & tear, all round ambience & presentation.

The bedroom windows overlook adjacent buildings & general rubble, quite depressing if one was to stay in their room for any period of time.

Staff as ever in Thailand are delightful & always seek to deliver a wonderful guest experience. Kudos to all the staff for their superb effort in operating what is a very run down dowdy establishment.

Badly let down by the owners of the property & so not much the well intentioned staff can do to deliver a comfortable stay much less a wonderful stay.

In defence of the FuramaXclusive the rooms are adequately set out although very old, tardy & poorly furnished. The amenities are minimal, the TV wasn’t working, the beds are very ordinary with awful “foam-mattress which are bumpy” the sheets were threadbare but the towels on the other hand were pretty good.

The loos in the room had issues flushing while the shower worked adequately though that old drain aroma issue was omnipresent in the bathroom. The room safe too small to even fit I pass into much less a laptop.

The centrally cited swimming pool in between the two rear buildings was like a vacuum trap with no breeze or fresh air & hemmed in on all sides. Quite strange. The rear sun deck was also quite unusual & we opted to cycle about Ch-Am & spend no time in the hotel at all, aside from when sleeping.

The gym is, well it’s there as an exercise-ish area but unlikely anyone has used it in years.

If the owners invested & refurbished the hotel might be an okay stay. Right now it suffices as a pit stop en-route to Hua-Hin or other area but it would NOT be a destination stay, that is for sure.

This property is in a fine location right across the road from the beach at Cha-Am, which has a great view over the Gulf of Thailand and of the sunrise. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. My room had a sizeable bathroom. This is another great example of the Furama chain of hotels.

“Great hotel for families with young children ”

Good facilities and near the beach. A great playroom for children offers a lot of activities open 08-20 every day. Also a nice children pool area with water slide and a outdoor playground. Breakfast was not a high light.

ภาพรวมเป็นโรงแรมสี่ดาวตามชื่อชั้นแต่มีสภาพค่อนข้างเก่า ห้องสุพีเรียสีบนเพดานเก่าจนลอก แอร์เก่าเสียงดังจนต้องขอเปลี่ยนเป็นห้องpool acess โดยจ่ายเพิ่มโดยไม่ได้สิทธิ์พิเศษใดๆจากฐานะgold memberของexpedia ห้องที่เปลี่ยนมาแอร์ก็เก่าและเสียงดังเหมือนเดิมแต่เบากว่านิดหน่อย ของใช้ในห้องน้ำไม่มีวางไว้ถ้าต้องการต้องโทรขอ สระว่ายน้ำยาวหลังห้องดูดีน่าเล่นแต่ก้นสระมีขี้นกเยอะไปนิด แถวสระว่ายน้ำและที่จอดรถมีนกพิราบป่วยเดินเซื่องอยู่สองสามตัว วันที่พักมีตกลงสระว่ายน้ำตัวนึงด้วย น่าจะต้องมีมาตรการจัดการ ห้องเล่นkid zone เป็นจุดที่เด็กๆชอบมากแต่ของเล่นสภาพค่อนข้างเก่า ที่ต้องใส่ถ่านก็ไม่มีถ่าน พนักงานดูแลเด็กไม่มี ผู้ปกครองทุกบ้านเลยต้องไปเฝ้าตอนลูกหลานเล่น อาหารเช้าค่อนข้างธรรมดาถ้าเทียบกับโรงแรมสี่ดาวทั่วไป ที่คิดว่าดีมากคือพนักงานเกือบทุกแผนกยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสเต็มใจบริการโดยเฉพาะรปภ.บริเวณที่จอดรถและแม่บ้าน แต่ก็มีบางคนที่ห้องอาหารที่ทำหน้าที่เหมือนถูกบังคับมา ที่แย่หน่อยก็พนักงานต้อนรับมีคนนึงบริการลูกค้าด้วยหน้าตาเฉยเมย สอบถามข้อมูลก็ตอบแบบไม่มองหน้าอันนี้ไม่ประทับใจ ที่เขียนมาเยอะก็อยากให้ข้อมูลเพื่อปรับปรุงครับ เสียดายโรงแรมสี่ดาวในทำเลดีเยี่ยมที่อยู่มานาน มีฟังชั่นที่เหมาะกับครอบครัวที่มีเด็กๆ ราคาก็จับต้องได้ ไม่อยากให้เหมือนถอดใจปล่อยไปตามกาลครับ

Stayed at this lovely hotel for 1 week everything about this place was wonderful, rooms large and spacious with a large balcony where we could eat and relax. The bathroom and shower was spacious and powerful shower. The cleaner was wonderful and kept our room always beautiful. The restaurant staff were so nice and provided us with a good buffet breakfast every morning with traditional Thai food and western breakfast or both! The pool was long great for swimming laps and often not busy so lots of morning swims in an empty pool. The sea is literally across the road so swimming there is also an option. There was nothing we could fault about this hotel, the staff were wonderful, the hotel was very peaceful and all the lovely details of plants and decorations made it a perfect place to stay, unwind and relax, we did not want to leave!

There are a lot of pigeons. As a result, cleanliness has been lost. Especially the rooftop pool is dirty.

Hotel very noisy at weekends which is the only time you can use roof top pool when they have Thais stay it’s closed rest of the week it’s covered in pidgeon poo not very nice then when they washed it down for the weekend it all poured onto our balcony staff very complacent not very helpful apart from restaurant staff excellent nothing to much trouble cleaners very good aswell good points close to beach and few good bars

Excellent hotel for the beach. The breakfast is very good just ask the staff for eggs cooked the way you like.

The room was very spacious and excellently clean. and we booked a pool room and you just opened the room door on to the terrace and stepped in to the pool. Very impressed

The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. They could not do enough for us. We will definitely come back to this hotel

First time to stay here in cha am, if you need hotel nearest the beach i recommend, because this hotel comfortable near convenience store 7-11, at night time you can walk to find some restaurant near the beach and good atmosphere.
