Rummet var stort och fint, tyst, fin utsikt på 7:e våningen.

Cons:

Jag gjorde bokningen via Booking.com.
Att det absolut inte framgick att ”hotellet” är ett patienthotell integrerat i Radiumhemmet, alltså ett sjukhus där behandling utförs.
Inget kändes som ett hotell, vi åt frukost med cancersjuka patienter som mådde riktigt dåligt, rakade huvuden osv. Ingen foajé att sitta i.
Jobbar själv inom sjukvården, det blev ingen avkoppling från sjukhusmiljön. Hade jag vetat att jag skulle bo på ett patienthotell, hade jag aldrig bokat där.
P.S. Det verkar tyvärr inte gå att skicka med mina foton, där ni skulle kunna se integrationen, att det är på ett patienthotell. D.S.

Pros:

Bra frokost i trivelig restaurant.
Bra romplassering, 7. etasje med utsikt mot sør. Normal dobbeltseng, ikke dobbeltseng hvor den ene langsiden var inntil veggen som vi var forespeilet og som vi hadde sist vi var der.

Cons:

Parkeringsbetalingen. Da jeg parkerte bilen fredag kveld misforsto jeg systemetslik at jeg ville bli trukket for virkelig medgått parkeringstid. Hvorfor jeg da skulle trykke meg fram til et tidspunkt neste kveld, langt etter planlagt utkjøring som var neste morgen? Og hvorfor skal man betale på forskudd når man i realiteten aldri vet sikkert når man kommer til å kjøre ut?
Jeg foreslår følgende forbedring:
1. Bilnummer registreres automatisk ved innkjøring og parkering.
2. Kredittkortet og bilnummer registreres av fører etter parkering.
3. Kredittkortet belastes når en parkeringsautomat ved utkjørselen registrerer utkjøring.
Forøvrig har jeg følgende kommentarer til prisingen:
4. Prisen for nattparkering er for høy. Å betale over 1000 kr. for tre netter i en tom garasje i en weekend virker urimelig, ikke minst når jeg kunne stått parkert gratis i en fullsatt garasje hele arbeidsdager etter en betalt natt.

Dette er bra for pasienter eller pårørende som skal besøke på sykehuset i området. Dette er ikke noe hotel til ferie. Kunne ha mer riktig informasjon om hotellet.
