Great location. Beautiful building. Close to plaza de armes. Clean quiet room with cushy bed with fluffy cotton sheets and pilllows. Lovely breakfast in room. Kind hospitable staff. It was my second time since last year. Will return again for sure!

Excellent service, especially for late arrivals
I had a great stay at Serafín Hotel. What stood out the most was definitely the customer service. My flight was delayed and I arrived around 1 a.m., but the staff was waiting for me and were incredibly attentive, friendly and helpful. The same happened when I had to check out around 4 a.m. — everything was ready and the staff made the process very easy.
The hotel is comfortable and has an excellent location, within walking distance of restaurants, museums and many of Querétaro’s attractions.
Great experience overall, but especially thanks to the wonderful staff. Highly recommended!
The only thing I would have loved was a little more variety at breakfast. The fruit, yogurt, granola and bread were good and nicely served, but I’m definitely more of an eggs-for-breakfast person 😊. Having an egg option would have made the breakfast perfect for me.
El staff es muy amable y atentas, te hacen sentir como en casa. Habitación amplia y limpia. Cama cómoda y el desayuno, que lo sirven en la habitación, bueno.
La ubicación es muy buena para caminar por el centro y visitar los puntos de interés de la ciudad.
Por decir algo, la ducha. O salía mucha presión de agua o muy poca.
The location was perfect for wandering around the Historic Center of Querétaro. The room was roomy and comfortable. Having our breakfast delivered to our room, where we could eat it out on the terrace was the perfect start to every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful, including one who ordered us a 2AM taxi to the airport and then was there in the entry at 2AM to make sure that taxi came (including calling the cab company again when they didn't show up in time). Translator apps were useful when our Spanish was not quick enough to keep up, but they were very patient with us. On top of everything, the price was very reasonable for what we got.
The mattresses in our room were on the firm side, although we both slept quite well on them.

El hotel es espectacular en cuanto instalaciones, personal muy hospitalario y la ubicación de lujo cada que regrese a Querétaro me alojaría de nuevo, fue una gran experiencia estar en Serafin.

Excelente atención y servicio. El hotel está bien ubicado y las habitaciones son muy cómodas. Llevan el desayuno a la habitación; es un desayuno sencillo, pero suficiente como para probar la comida queretana al medio día. El personal es súper amable y te apoya con lo que necesitas. ¡Muy recomendable!
Todo estuvo muy bien.
El hotel y los cuartos tienen un toque de época y boutique muy agradable, y la ubicación es muy práctica para salir en el centro.
Al estar ubicado en el centro se escuchan mucho los antros y bares, total que hay ruido hasta como las 3-4 de la mañana y no se puede descansar. El desayuno incluido es continental y se proponen llevártelo a tu cuarto dentro de un cierto horario (7.15 a 9am) lo que no es tan cómodo como bajar por el desayuno a la hora que uno quisiera. Muchos venimos para descansar y lo último que queremos es desvelarnos por el ruido y tener que aferrarnos a un horario temprano para desayunar.

Me gusto lo cerca que esta el hotel de lugares turisticos, y para caminar a lugares para comer rico y comprar recuerdos para la familia. Muy callada mi habitacion y el desayuno en mi cuarto estuvo fabuloso. Simple, pero muy rico.
Super amablolodad de todo el personasl y la dueña nos obsequio un vino espumos. Mi esposa prefirio otra ha itacion y nos la cambiaron de inmediato. Una excelente experiencia
