Pros:

Viajé junto a mi hija. La ubicación es inmejorable, hicimos todo a pie. El personal siempre fue amable y nos ayudó con lo que necesitábamos. A pesar de estar en pleno centro el hotel se siente muy tranquilo.

Historic property with appeal, comfort and a colonial spirit.
Pros:

Hotel Serafin Queretaro is an amazing boutique hotel and exceptional place to stay.
Excellent traditional decor and comfortable furnishing...
An exceptional property with outstanding attention by staff and management... special kudos to Señora Maria Miranda.
Location was close to historic downtown Queretaro.
Restaurants and shopping all within 5 -10 minute walking distance.
Highly recommend if you want an affordable and colonial Mexico boutique property in historic Queretaro.

Good location, nice people, beautiful environment, good breakfast, everything was good 😀

Cons:

We had to leave the key at the front desk when we were away, but there were nobody attending the front desk. I felt unsafe leaving the key unattended.

Pros:

Todo me agrado, el desayuno estaba muy rico, me encantó el café, la ubicación es excelente ya que se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, cerca de varios lugares turísticos. La atención del personal fue excelente la limpieza de las habitaciones y la cama muy grande y muy cómoda.

Nice location. Facilities are clean and decor is quirky but tranquil. Customer service is excellent.
Pros:

Employee Gloria was very kind in recognizing our physical limitations and proactively arranging for a seamless transfer from an upper floor accessible only by steep stairs to a first-floor room. Other hotel staff also were attentive, agreeable, and helpful.

Cons:

The Booking.com website marketed this hotel as having shuttle service to the QRO airport. However, when we arrived, staff told us that our only option was to pay for a taxi/Uber. The hotel staff was very helpful in ensuring that we got a good, timely transportation at a good value (via Uber). More lighting in the rooms would be appreciated.
