A good place to stay if you are passing through Buenos Aires on the way to Uruguay by ferry.
Pros:

Location was really good. Able to wander about at night to markets and shops. Close to the ferry terminal.

Cons:

Good value for money. Clean and friendly. Had everything we needed.

La limpieza de la habitación y el baño no era la correcta. La pileta del baño estaba completamente tapada y el piso de la ducha todo despintado. No me aplicaron el 10% de descuento como señalaba la reserva en el desayuno. No volveria

Nice place that needs a little attention
Pros:

The area was really spacious in an excellent location.
The stuff was really nice and undesrtanding.

Cons:

Some of the surfaces were a little dirty. You could see the bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly, like the sink, and the walla near the sink had toothpaste and water splashes on them.
The restaurant is kinda expensive and you don't really have options to order from.
The loft is so big that they can put an electric stove so you can cook something small and actually use that kitchen.

No lo recomiendo
Pros:

-Buena ubicación
-Facil acceso a importantes avenidas con muchas líneas de ómnibus, tren y subte
-Lindo barrio

Cons:

-El aire acondicionado del piso de arriba del loft te tiraba agua encima (está posicionado arriba de la cama)
-Baño sin bidet
-Ruido constante (las 24 horas) muy molesto, como el zumbido de un motor (queja muy común por lo que veo)
-El servicio de limpieza ni entró al baño; el papel quedó sin reponer y las toallas sucias quedaron ahí también
-La cama la "hicieron" mal, apenas estiraron las sábanas
-Almohadas blandas
-Sillones y cama blandos
-El número para llamar a recepción, que supuestamente está operativo de 9 a 00, jamás fue atendido (siempre daba ocupado), lo más seguro es que tuvieran el teléfono descolgado
