Muy buena ubicación !
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, en el corazon de San Telmo

Cons:

Mucho ruido por la noche, no solo por la gente que pasa por la calle sino por el mismo restaurante que está abajo y muy iluminada la habitación, la luz del pasillo de entrada (que es por acercamiento), se prende a cada rato. Recomiendo tapones y antifaz.

Cons:

Estafa. Al llegar la encargada nos dijo que los desayunos eran 10k y 17k. Perfecto. A la mañana siguiente vamos a desayunar y el chico nos dijo exactamente lo mismo. Estábamos encantados, pero a la hora de pagar fueron 25k cada uno. Asombrado le preguntó el por qué a lo que me respondió que ya me lo había dicho. En fin 3 lonchas de jamón York, 3 lonchas de queso, un poco de fruta, dos huevos revueltos 32 euros…
Tanto vasco y ni en el País Vasco pagas eso. Vine a este sitio ya que me quería sentir como en casa, ya que vinimos de Vitoria Gasteiz.
En fin que pena que estafen a la gente

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage gut.
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Das Restaurant ist empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Die Standard Zimmer haben keine Fenster ( es gibt zwei große Türen, die mit Milchglas- Folie abgeklebt sind) und auch die Geräusche vom Innenhof (Klimaanlage) sowie der benachbarten Schule (ab 8.00 Uhr morgens) sind gut zu hören.

A good place to stay if you are passing through Buenos Aires on the way to Uruguay by ferry.
Pros:

Location was really good. Able to wander about at night to markets and shops. Close to the ferry terminal.

Cons:

Good value for money. Clean and friendly. Had everything we needed.

La limpieza de la habitación y el baño no era la correcta. La pileta del baño estaba completamente tapada y el piso de la ducha todo despintado. No me aplicaron el 10% de descuento como señalaba la reserva en el desayuno. No volveria
