From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. All bookings are subject to a MYR 2 Heritage Charge per room per night. This is to be paid directly to the hotel.
Booker’s ID / passport and same credit card holder must be presented upon check in. Should the booker’s or credit card holder is not available upon check , new full payment arrangement will be made upon check-in
Should it be payment on behalf (third party), a letter of authorization with credit card copy (front & back) is required to be forward to Hotel Reservation Department prior to check in.

Pros:

Location is near malls and food outlet. Parking available

Cons:

Room has a wierd smell, the tub had stains
Breakfast spread wasnt that great. During our stay, we had to wait even for plates and the items to be filled during breakfast at it was at 8am with not a huge crowd

Will stay again next time but will definitely request for room change if there is smell in the room.
Pros:

Room was quite big and gots lot of space. Its clean.

Cons:

Quite old premise and in need of major uplift.
Terrible smell in room, not sure from where but could be the smell from the carpet.Bed sheets and cover appears to be re-used. We requested for new linen and wife did the changing

Pros:

I like the upgrade they give as I book king size bed and the bed comfortable and spacious.water pressure is good

Cons:

The indian girl staff called and said I didn't pay but eventually I already paid.You tube not working and there is no gym and the swimming pool is not clean.

Location.

Cons:

Room facilities not properly maintained. Wardrobe doors seems like falling off. Bathub needs professional cleaning. Basic amenities like lighting, carpet, furniture needs replacement. Bedsheets look old with holes and wear and tear. Lifts look dated too. Breakfast almost the same for 3 days. Partly rotten apple served in fresh fruit basket at breakfast. Found cockroach crawling while having breakfast. Cockery and eating utensils like plates, fork ,spoon and cups not topped up fast enough. It was a downgrade from the previous management when I stayed there almost 3-4 years ago.
