快適
Pros:

ベッドの高さがありベッドの下に荷キャリーバッグを置けてお部屋を広く使えました。

Cons:

燕三条の土地で観光目的でなかったのでホテルが有ってよかったと思います。

快適！
Pros:

部屋が清潔で、広さも十分で快適でした。
大浴場も清潔感があり、シャワーの水圧も良くて（押さないと出ない式はマイナス点ですが）、良かったです。

Cons:

一泊の滞在だったので、特にないです。

掃除はチェックイン前に
Pros:

大浴場が清潔
部屋の温度設定が部屋毎だった点

Cons:

１５時半くらいにチェックインしたが、まさかの宿泊するフロアの掃除をしていた
しばらく部屋にいたが中々掃除の音が続いて不快だった
