It did the job for a night.
Pros:

Clean room near the station. It had a washing machine and nice staff. It did the job.

Cons:

Compared to the Toyama’s APA hotel this building was a lot more run down and the breakfast was not as good. The Onsen facility was a lot more worn down, small and not clean. The area between the station and the hotel was a bit strange.

マイナスがあると目立ってしまう。
Pros:

ダブルの部屋を利用させてもらったが、大きいベッドと大きいテレビで、他も必要十分な設備だった。実際に一晩過ごす上で、一番触れる・接触するのがベッドとテレビなので、そこが大きいことがとても良いと思う。利用者目線であることがわかる。

Cons:

チェックインが最低だった。事前の予約やアプリの使用もしたにもかかわらず、名前の確認作業（〇〇サキなのに〇〇ザキの入力になっている？自分でアプリやサイトに入力する時に、違う名前を入力するわけがない）で大幅に時間のロス。デジタル上のしょうもない入力ミスなんだろうが、せっかくの事前入力やアプリ操作が水の泡。通常のチェックインの何倍も時間がかかった。ここだけが今回の滞在で残念な点。他はスタッフ接遇などとても気持ち良いホテルなのに。
