Reception opening hours are as follows: Monday to Friday: 09:00–17:00 Saturday: 09:00–12:00 Sunday 10:00 – 12pm and public holidays: 10:00–12:00 or as signed.

If you expect to arrive outside of reception hours, reception of The Crest Apartments will arrange a late arrival procedure. Please contact our reception prior to arriving. You will be asked to complete an online registration through a secure server.

On arrival date, The Crest Apartments will leave a key in the after-hour safe and SMS the safe code.

Please note that The Crest Apartments has a strict “No Party Policy”. Any violation of this policy will result in eviction from the property and additional cleaning fees will be charged. Any such bookings will be canceled, with no refund given.

Please note that this property does not accept bookings for the annual “Schoolies” Festival held on the Gold Coast each November. Any bookings received for this period will be requested to confirm these details and may be canceled if found to be “Schoolies”. We do not have the adequate resources nor security to accept these bookings.

Please note that all rooms are individually furnished and the photos are presented as a guide only. Our holiday apartments are located throughout the building on all levels and some rooms may offer filtered ocean views or pool and garden views. Requests for higher floors and views are subject to availability at the time of allocation and cannot be guaranteed.

Unlimited WiFi is included in the room tariff. Please note that construction work is taking place nearby and some units may be affected by noise and view disruptions.

Overall, it was amazing. Our gold coast stay was absolutely a 10/10!
Pros:

It was so close to everything! It was clean, the view was really amazing! The property is absolutely beautiful! Seaworld was literally 5mins drive from the property. It was huge and the bedrooms are very comfortable! My kids really enjoyed the whole stay in here.

Cons:

It was an old building, but still beautiful! There’s no such thing as perfect anyway, so overall, I am thankful as we have the best stay in this property.

Nice, but just need to think about the little things!
Pros:

Nice size apartment, kitchen, equipment, top marks, nice pool, gym facilities, staff were nice. Great location down the road from the high street with great cafes and restaurants. Area is quiet, which is good for families.

Cons:

Bed mattress was really old, and bathroom could do with more than a small bottle of shampoo and soap for a couple of nights. For the price, you'd expect a bit more.. its the little things that help.

well worthy it
Pros:

Complementary vouchersX2 for The Winay Cow, a well-known bistro for brunches. A stroke away to Main beach which can easily make your morning running. The Crest does have the charm of those high-end apartments built around 1990s, that is generous space inside building's public and private areas. Facilities including tennis course are well maintained and easily accessible at a negligible cost (for stay-in guests). Overall the stay at Crest made my holiday.

Great, perfectly located apartments in the heart of Main Beach, with everything you could need close by and a short driv
Pros:

Staff were absolutely and lovely to be greeted by. Facilities were fantastic, from the indoor and outdoor pool, sauna and gym. Apartments were so close to Tedder Ave and Main Beach so there was so much to enjoy close by. Tram station just a 5 min walk away easily accessible to jump on and get around the GC. Apartment itself was a perfectly fine, except for the big crack in the wall, everything else was great and contained everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The Crest is so ideally located, we would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Beds were a bit uncomfortable but not the worst thing to happen. There wasn’t anything to dislike about the property.
