大浴場が隣のアパホテルまで行かないと入れない。寒い日には湯冷めする。部屋の床に前の人の歯ブラシのビニール袋が落ちてあり。浴室床にも前の人の髪の毛が落ちていた。

Pros:

近くにもアパがあります。
そちらの方がコンディション良さげです。
経年劣化、居抜きの感じは否めませんが、ただ寝泊まりするだけなら十分でした。

2人でスーツケースを開くと、狭さを感じました。
