禁煙の部屋に宿泊したが、思ったより汚かった。掃除が行き届いていないと感じた。髪の毛が床のカーペットに沢山落ちていた。フェイスタオルが生乾きの匂いがして交換してもらった。枕カバーは交換していますか？イヤな匂いがした。
受付時にポイントについて尋ねたが、詳しく教えてもらえなかった。お客さんの立場になって欲しい。
