Pros:

Customer service was great, beds were very comfortable, room was clean, and it was very nice to receive drink vouchers at time of arrival. And the price of the room was great.. Also,parking was safe and didn't cost.

Cons:

The only thing we had a problem with,,was a free breakfast was promised, and other than yogurt, there was nothing. And no coffee.

This lovely boutique hotel would be in the excellent category with some upgrades. Great location.
Pros:

Location, free parking and price.

Cons:

Desk staff could have been friendlier but they handled the check in and check out as needed.

would not recommend to stay here.
Pros:

The food was really very good!
The staff was overall very friendly.
They tried to be accommodating and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel has some obvious plumbing issues (tub would not drain).
Our first room had a bathroom shower with hair all over it.
We asked for it to be cleaned, and the staff gave us another room.
That room was better, but the tub still had two hairs on it despite the front desk person saying she had personally inspected it. Perhaps she needs glasses, but at any rate, when my husband took a shower, it did not drain and I could not take a shower with 6 inches of standing water in the shower. Yuck.
Carpets are really old and stained.
There is a lack of staff in the hotel and that is really too bad. We ate in the restaurant and had to wait and wait for our meals and drinks. The bill overcharged us, and we asked to have it fixed, which they did. The bartender was obnoxious and talked disparagingly about the guests to other guests at the bar.
Very poor form.

Pros:

Easy check in. Rooms x02-x10 are on the street side with some traffic noise. The others are on the rear-parking-lot side. Clean. Comfortable. Came with 2 free drink coupons (draft or wine with 4 options for “red”). Nice bar. Continental breakfast was very basic. Nothing fancy overall but well-priced and convenient to town and SU. Would stay again!

Pros:

Small room, small bathroom, lighting wasn’t helpful, fan didn’t work in the bathroom. The place was clean enough but not great. Staff didn’t seem particularly interested in assisting guests. Okay stay, won’t stay there again if other options are available.
