Our spa swimming pool and steam room will be closed from 19 January to 8 February 2026 for essential maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. During this period, we are offering 10% off all treatments. Thank you for your understanding.

Great location, rooms were good proportions
Breakfast was cold and not as I asked, room was not made up or cleaned and when I asked for milk and coffee they forgot the milk and sugar
We were disappointed that the pool wasn't open (as it said online it would be re-opened the day before) however when we mentioned it to them they offered for us to come back and visit for a day sess (since we live in london)
Amazing location, the service was great, everyone we met was super helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the lobby was a lovely place to sit.
The spa and room was basic, the bathroom had been upgraded so that was lovely but the room felt dark, although a good size the bed wasnt very comfortable. The spa was okay, nice to have but nothing amazing, been to better.

Beautiful quiet room on the 7th floor. Stunning hotel. Had probably the best nights sleep I've ever had in a hotel.
Breakfast was our only negative. Despite staying at the hotel we watched as several walkins get a better table then us and what was more annoying was having a couple put right next to us even though there was alot more room available . Asked for white of egg to be well cooked firm and that didn't happen. Our wait person was lovely but didn't find the hostess welcoming. MARCH 2
As you can see from the above we only had one negative, the rest of the experience and staff members were lovely, Drink on arrival was a nice touch building and location were perfect as we were taking the Euro star.

Needed some discrete space for booked hotel guests to relax eg a specific lounge/bar not shared with the public.
The bar closed too early.
Wonderful stay and look forward to returning on our next trip to London.
