Super base to see a wonderful city.
Pros:

Excellent early check-in, and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

The room was very comfortable, with very good air conditioning on the hot days and just the right heating on the colder days.

Fantastic location for the subway and local area.

Fantastic location and value for money
Pros:

Super great location, right next to subway and ferry port. Plenty of bars, shops, restaurants, coffee shops right outside. Super clean, comfy bed, reception staff were great - they upgraded us and made our stay even more special for our celebration trip. Gym was fully decked out with all you could need, plus again super clean. Great value for money for NYC, will stay here next time

The wait for the elevator, but the hotel does have 44 floors, so to be expected

Love this hotel and will stay there yet again.
Pros:

This was my second time staying there in 4 months and have loved it both times. Hotel is very clean and smells good. Staff is very nice. Housekeeping is fantastic keeping your room clean and replenished every day.

Super Lage, gute Anbindung mit U Bahnen und Fähre. Unser Zimmer hatte einen schönen Ausblick. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Romantic getaway on a budget
Pros:

The view was great. Considering we were in New York, the room was a good size. After checkout, we were able to leave our bags at the front lobby so we could walk around for a little bit. A restaurant is located right below the hotel, and there are various food options that are a walkable distance. The staff were also very helpful and very welcoming. Overall, the hotel is a great place to stay, would definitely recommend, especially considering the price. For my next trip to New York, I would 100% consider booking this hotel again!
