It was a good visit to NYC and location was great but hotel experience wasn't anything to brag about
Pros:

Expensive for basic breakfast found at all Hiltons.

Cons:

Charging for coffee in the lobby? Even after waiting for lines and desk personnel to get off endless calls.

The stay was relaxing and fun and gave us all we needing to enjoy our vacation.
Pros:

The location was perfect for me and my children. It was in the center of everything we were scheduled to attend while we were there. The room was comfortable and suitable to and for our needs. We had easy access to all we looked for and didn't.

Cons:

I didn't like that we couldn't stay longer. lol

Pros:

Daniel is the man! Everytime we came in he always offers us water and asked us about our day. He made check in super quick and easy, and anything we needed he was always ready to help. Great staff here!

Céntrale, vicino la statua della liberta. Zona molto bella

Il letto e i cuscini scomodi a mio parare
La recepción quando ho avuto un problema mi ha risposto con molta freddezza senza aiutarmi. In piu penso che sia importante che parlassero anche lo Spagnolo oltre che l inglese.
Solo due ascensori e a volte per scendere o salire dovevi aspettare tanto tempo.

Clean, tidy and very comfortable
Pros:

Hotel is well kept and is clean and tidy. The option to keep bags before check in and after check out was appreciated. Staff were always friendly and welcoming and the hotel room we had was on the 41st floor of 44 floors. The room was nice, comfortable and had a view of the city. We have Hilton Honors so we had some snacks on arrival and water which was a nice touch. The hotel is close to the subway and has easy access to Wall Street, Brooklyn, One world observatory and the airports.
