Fantastic
Pros:

The staff is incredible. Fatima created all sorts of origami out of our towels. We looked forward to seeing the room each afternoon. The desk staff were always available. They were able to set up our different tours. David, Ronaldo and Michael were the best at taking care of us. We did travel with my 81 year old mother. All the staff was so attentive to her needs.

Cons:

Maybe a second small table in the room for 3 people.

Downtown location

Cons:

The bathroom wasn’t draining and the bathroom stinked. Called staff and they couldn’t fix it or give me another room! Also, no lift in the building so it’s a walk up.

Great location right in the thick of La Fortuna, very comfortable and a great bar, restaurant and staff
Pros:

Location and facilities were top notch if you want to be in the middle of La Fortuna - the property has a fine restaurant which also does great breakfasts, and a bougie little bar area for pre dinner drinks - cocktails a specialty and bar meals also available

Cons:

We booked two rooms at the same time and ended up at different ends of the hotel, our cleaning and service levels were great but our family’s not so good - not cleaned once in four days. The only other thing to be aware of is road noise which can start rather early in the morning and no dedicated parking if you have a hire car

Huoneemme wc-istuin ei toiminut koko aikana. Pyysimme joka päivä korjausta, ja joku kyllä kävi paikalla, mutta ei saanut kuntoon. Harmittaa. Joiduimme käyttämään alakerran ravintojan wc:tä.

Pros:

Excelente hotel, en una ubicación excelente. Me salvaron luego de una mala experiencia en otro alojamiento en la ciudad. Habitaciones cómodas, no se escucha el ruido de los bares de abajo. Recomiendo

Nice hotel in a good location
Pros:

The location was fantastic! Right in the center of town across from the park. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The reception was fantastic and they gave us free drinks when we arrived and allowed us to keep our bags with them and use the bathroom since we left after check out.

Cons:

They put us in a handicap room even though that was not what we reserved. The room was on the first floor and we could not open the blinds because everyone could see in. Because it was on the first floor it was also noisy and poorly ventilated. I think it would have been a lot nicer if we were in a different room. The pool looked nice, but we did not see a single person in the pool since it is basically in the middle of the restaurant.
