手狭だけど迅速な対応はさすが
Pros:

こちらの希望、具体的にはバスタオルが大きくて重かったので、フェイスタオルに替えて頂く、に迅速に対応して下さってよかったです。その際、フロントにどなたもいらっしゃいませんでしたが、呼び鈴で直ぐに来て下さったのも気持ちよかったです。あと消毒用アルコールが置いてあったのもよかったです。

Cons:

部屋が思ったより狭く、部屋の位置が水や氷が置いてある部屋に近かったので、出入りされる方々の音が気になりました。連泊でしたが途中で清掃を頼むほどの汚れはなかったのですが、コロコロが置いてあったら、もっとよかったかなと思います。

次回までに駅からホテルまでの路面と雨に濡れない手立てを講じて欲しい。
Cons:

南海線の線路前なので行き交う電車の音が地鳴りのように聞こえて最初は地震かと思った。駅近なのでロケーションは良いけど諸刃の剣か。あと駅から歩いてくる時に大荷物を引いて雨が降っていて傘持たずホテルまで軒先延長あれば良かったのと駅からホテルまでスーツケースのコロが回る綺麗な路面にして欲しい。ガタガタだった。

宿泊費にすればこんなものか？
