That is was very spacious and clean

I was thinking about how much of a deal I got on this hotel. Then I walked in and realized that damn I still paid too much! So they advertise on TripAdvisor and their own site that they have a restaurant and bar. I was there on a Thursday and it was to be open and it is not. There is the setting like one but it’s never open. I asked the front desk about it as it states on their key for the room that they have local brews nightly, she just said “well we don’t”.

The AC barely works so don’t move around and get sweaty or it make take hours to cool down. By far the worst Four Points I’ve ever stayed at, very surprised they get away with this.

Just stay elsewhere!

The floor feels awfully dirty I have to wear shoes inside

Bathroom roof paint over the shower is breaking out
There was no soap in the soap bottle in the shower

For travelers: one night stay is okay to stay. Bring your dinner with you from outside before checking in!

The property staff was extremely rude and not pleasant at all. My family booked two rooms and the hotel was not full. My cousin asked if he could get a room near my room and the hotel staff said she didn’t know what room number I was in. Very rude.

This property is one of the worst ones I’ve stayed, TV not working, air-conditioning in the room not working, very noisy portable unit in the room,( can’t sleep with that noise so room was 78degrees.)
Breakfast buffet is an absolute joke, don’t offer a breakfast buffet if you just wanna offer cereal hard biped eggs and juice.
I have traveled all over the world and this is the worst hotel I have stayed at.

Horrible rooms and neighborhood should not wear the Sheraton’s name at all! Very deceitful and not what I was used to, staying in Four Points. Carpet was dirty throughout the hallway! Bathroom toilet looked to be ancient. Shower head had way too much calcium buildup. The air vents were molded and sofas wasn’t sitting worthy! Had to cut my trip short because of this poor excuse of a Sheraton Hotel 👎🏾 Run as fast as you can and take that damn Four Points Sign off of this 2 star motel!

Great service and staff

This was the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced with the exception of the time I got bed bugs at another hotel.
1. Noisy with freeway and airplanes.
2. Shower made such a loud sound that it couldn't be used, had to resort to a bath.
3. Toilet kept running.
4. TV did not work, not sure if it was the remote or the TV itself but couldn't change channels.
5. Thermostat could not be adjusted.
6. Floor was dirty next to the bed.
7. Lamps were unplugged so I had to move the nightstands and reach down to plug them back in.
8. An ugly stain on the bottom sheet of one of the beds. Not sure if the sheets were even clean.
9.The bathroom was out of body wash and there was no Kleenix in the box.
10. The hall smelled like a wet dog
11. Breakfast was very poor and tasteless.
12. Staff in the morning was rude, and not at all professional when I reported the problems.
13. No staff available at the front desk when my daughter arrived at 10:00 pm to stay in the next room.
14. I WAS DOUBLE CHARGED WHEN I RETURNED FROM MY TRIP. ROOM WAS PREPAID ON EXPEDIA BUT THE CC I USED FOR INCIDENTALS WAS CHARGED FOR THE ROOM EVEN THOUGH IT WAS PREPAID.

I will never stay at another Sheraton Four Points again and will tell everyone I know how awful this was.

Amazing

Upon entering the room, there was a weird musty smell and the room was humid. We tried turning down the AC and we couldn’t go passed 71 degrees. The vent was shifted towards the tables underneath the tv. We tried moving the vents and they only went up and down.
We went out and after a long day, we were excited to come back, shower, and relax. The room was still humid, so we thought a nice cold shower would help. When I went to shower, I lifted the nozzle to active the shower and the faucet almost came off the wall. Midway through showering, I noticed a HUGE clump of hair on the shower wall. After I thought it was mine, but it was a completely different color. I get out and go sit on the bed. The bed opposite me had a yellow stain. There was a light fixture missing from the wall. My friend went to shower next and there was no shampoo/conditioner. I hadn’t used any during my shower. The only way we were able to sleep comfortably was by leaving the dehumidifier from the bathroom on all night.
The staff was nice and the bed was comfortable, but other than that I would never stay at this hotel again.

A clean hotel. With friendly staff. Close to the airport. Pretty good value for money.
