Parking gratuit et facilement accessible. Proximité avec les grands axes.

Cons:

Propreté à revoir : grille d’aération VMC avec des moisissures, ventilation de la fenêtre cassée et bouchée avec des mouchoirs, taches au mur et sur la moquette…
Confort limité : 2 chaînes tv seulement, pas d’eau ou de boisson chaudes dans les chambres, pas de shampooing dans la salle de bain etc…
