Cons:

La poca empatía del personal. Llegamos en auto y la persona que atendía en la calle estaba conversando con el guardia. Solo se acercó a ayudar con las maletas cuando se lo pedimos. En el baño no había toalla para los pies a la salida da la ducha

Ótimo hotel, perfeito para quem gosta de quartos confortáveis, ótimo café da manhã e de Cassino.

Ótimo café da manhã; Cassino ótimo para quem gosta; Quarto amplo e confortável; Chuveiro excelente.

Cons:

Academia muito quente. Área cardio (com esteiras e bikes), poderia ser melhor cuidada. Área de musculação excelente.
