I think it was the best hotel I've stayed in my entire life. I'm 77 now, so quite a few under my bel
Pros:

Location was fine, next to the casino.
Room was great with 4 pillows per bed. I like a lot of pillows. Bed was quite comfortable.
Breakfast was better than some restaurants.
Lots of room to eat.

Pros:

The bed is super comfortable and I was very impressed with the breakfast, additional bottles of water and friendliness of the staff. Best hotel blow dryer ever.

Cons:

The lighting in the bathroom is terrible. Feels like you’re showering in the dark.

I liked that it was the best of the worst choices in the city of Chatham

Cons:

The wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the room and in the bathroom. The ceiling was peeling in the bathroom. The toilet has to be the lowest toilet I’ve ever seen. This site needs real updates

Lovely staff, great complimentary breakfast, clean and spacious room and comfy bed.
Pros:

Welcoming lobby and friendly staff.

Cons:

It was a little tired, hallways needed to be refreshed but I believe they were renovating.

Cons:

I think the hotel is outdated. Very old tvs that barely have any channels and rooms and hallways seem very outdated.

The staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful. The breakfast was very good. Lots of variety. Pool was very nice.

I had a great stay. Comfy room, friendly staff, no issues.
Pros:

I spoke with at least 4 staff members during my stay. All were very friendly and helpful. I thought the gym facility was great - more options than most! Breakfast was really good as well. Love the coffee machine with specialty coffees! Check in and out was seamless. Was very pleased and will return.

Pros:

Room was clean. Casino next door if you're into that.

Cons:

Lower room levels still under renovation with work allowed 8 to 8. Our room was clean but worn down and window covered with markings.
