Perfect hotel
Pros:

I was here 7 years ago and was impressed by the hotel's stunning view of the River Kwai, so I recommended my colleagues hold a seminar here. When I came back, the surroundings and landscape were still beautiful and tranquil. Everyone loves the hotel's vibe. The room is spacious, the breakfast is varied, and the food is delicious. All staff are very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I like the way you show the Inchan tree and sell the baby tree so we can have a chance to plant it, and it helps people to care and realise the importance of this tree. The only thing that the room should add is more light. I think the light is not enough. I will definitely go back here.

Splendido hotel sul fiume
Pros:

Struttura elegante e in posizione eccezionale, dotata di tutti i comfort, fra cui una piscina mon grande ma molto bella. Personale molto professionale e accogliente.

Cons:

Aria condizionata difficilmente regolabile e un po' troppo rumorosa. Colazione varia, ma migliorabile, soprattutto per quanto riguarda i dolci.

Pros:

Very good location, lovely atmosphere, located near river Kwai and great value. The room is clean and comfortable. Great amenities. Staffs are very lovely and have a service mind.

Pros:

De locatie was fantastisch! Direct bij een bocht (dus aan 2 kanten uitzicht) aan de rivier Kwai.
Ook keek je vanuit het terras op de brug over de rivier.
Het restaurant werd opnieuw ingericht, dus dat was een beetje improviseren,. maar dat ging prima.
Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Met name Aom, de dame van het restaurant, weet heel goed waar de gasten blij van worden. Zij deed echt extra moeite om het ons heel erg naar de zin te maken.

Cons:

Het was vol toen we aankwamen. Onze kamer deed qua locatie (begane grond en tuinzicht) niet helemaal aan onze (gereserveerde) verwachting. De volgende ochtend, toen er zo'n kamer vrijkwam, is dit rechtgezet.

Magnifique séjour au calme avec le chant des oiseaux.
Pros:

Cadre magnifique. Calme, reposant, terrasse ombragée sur la rivière. Belle chambre spacieuse. L'hôtel est à 100m du pont, en périphérie de la ville. Petit déjeuner avec un large choix qui va du sucré au salé en passant par l'épicé. La demande d'un lit supplémentaire pour notre fils en milieu de séjour n'a posé aucun problème.

Cons:

Aucun point négatif, même infime.
