this is not a 4 star hotel. I would say it is a 2 star hotel. For the price paid it is not value for money.

The staff were friendly but clearly constrained by the hotel's policies and poor advertising. The pool was as advertised
I booked a deluxe double room with one bed. I got a twin, and when I complained they said they could not move me. However, on the second night I was moved to a suite, clearly an attempt to mollify me which might have worked had all else gone smoothly. It did NOT. I was in HCMC for 2 nights on my way home. I have been to HCMC many times and was not there as a tourist. I was looking for convenience. A quiet time, a restaurant where I could get dinner, and an airport shuttle to get to the airport were part of that convenience. In addition, a "walk-in shower" was part of that convenience, and appropriate for me as an older woman who finds climbing in and out of baths difficult and unsafe. The advertisement for this hotel on booking.com listed all 3 of these, and none of them were available. The "restaurant" was only open for a very average breakfast; there was no room service; and the hotel is not central so there are very few restaurants nearby. The shuttle was completely unavailable and to shower I had to climb into and out of the bath. It also said the room was carpeted - it wasn't. In addition, the safety deposit boxes in both rooms were non-functional, but even if working they would have been too small for my computer. Finally the visa card machine was not working on arrival so there was a need to pay in cash which, luckily, I had. However. the hotel had no change, so they had almost 500,000 Dong to give me which they could not provide on payment. I had to wait to the next morning and hope for honesty as they also gave me no receipt as proof of payment. This hotel is listed as 4-star so I paid more than usual in an attempt attempt to get the convenience I wanted but which did not eventuate. It is not even close. I've had better comfort and better facilities in most of the 3-star hotels in which I have stayed in Vietnam.
Large room
Shower leaked all over the floor. Bathmat was covered in hair. Not allowed to move toiletries off basin so how do you use the shampoo. One tea bag and one coffee bag. Pool was green. Breakfast was ordinary. Location too far from tourist area.
