Tutto, ma la vera chicca è il bar e il suo barman veramente esperto e cordialissimo che asseconda ogni richiesta anche di cibo e ti senti di avere passato una serata in un locale del centro, quando invece hai avuto la comodità di essere dentro l’hotel. Lodevole

Pros:

Sehr tolles Hotel!!!! Wir haben den Pool für 1 Std. Genutzt, kostet € 18 inkl. Bademantel, Badehaube € 4 muss man benutzen. Restaurant war auch sehr gut, die Portionen sind übersichtlich, für uns waren sie aber ausreichend und sehr gut.

Très belle deco et équipement dans la chambre moderne et efficace .Literie au top , propreté nickel , Petit déjeuner matin abondante et très bon ! 🎂🧁🍪🥮🍩 Service au top et souriant .
Personnel très sérieux et à l’écoute . 🥇

Nur als Ärgermanagement Training geeignet
Pros:

Wir haben das Hotel im Februar besucht. Es war hauptsächlich von Kongressgästen besucht und deshalb vor allem abends und beim Frühstück sehr ruhig.
Die Zimmer waren ok, aber nicht was man für 4 Sterne S erwarten würde.

Cons:

Da wir in der Nebensaison gereist sind, wollten wir Wetter flexibel sein und haben extra dafür ein Hotel mit Pool und Sauna gesucht. Nachdem wir mit Kindern unterwegs waren, wurde uns schon am 1. Abend sehr unfreundlich gesagt, dass Kinder keinen Zutritt zum Indoor Pool hätten. Auf Nachfrage kam dann die Info, der Pool sei für Kinder von 9-10 Uhr morgens benutzbar - wofür ebenso der normale Pooltarif für diese eine Stunde verrechnet werden würde. Wir mussten wegen der Poolbenutzung einiges an konfliktreichen Gesprächen und Situationen auf uns nehmen, was den Aufenthalt im Hotel jedenfalls sehr getrübt hat. Alles in allem kann man das Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen, obwohl es durchaus auch sehr freundliches Personal in der Bar oder im Restaurant gab. Die Rezeptionist:innen scheinen dort allerdings genauso wenn nicht mehr unter dem absurden Management zu leiden und übertragen ihren Unmut weiter auf die Gäste.
