Nur als Ärgermanagement Training geeignet
Pros:

Wir haben das Hotel im Februar besucht. Es war hauptsächlich von Kongressgästen besucht und deshalb vor allem abends und beim Frühstück sehr ruhig.
Die Zimmer waren ok, aber nicht was man für 4 Sterne S erwarten würde.

Cons:

Da wir in der Nebensaison gereist sind, wollten wir Wetter flexibel sein und haben extra dafür ein Hotel mit Pool und Sauna gesucht. Nachdem wir mit Kindern unterwegs waren, wurde uns schon am 1. Abend sehr unfreundlich gesagt, dass Kinder keinen Zutritt zum Indoor Pool hätten. Auf Nachfrage kam dann die Info, der Pool sei für Kinder von 9-10 Uhr morgens benutzbar - wofür ebenso der normale Pooltarif für diese eine Stunde verrechnet werden würde. Wir mussten wegen der Poolbenutzung einiges an konfliktreichen Gesprächen und Situationen auf uns nehmen, was den Aufenthalt im Hotel jedenfalls sehr getrübt hat. Alles in allem kann man das Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen, obwohl es durchaus auch sehr freundliches Personal in der Bar oder im Restaurant gab. Die Rezeptionist:innen scheinen dort allerdings genauso wenn nicht mehr unter dem absurden Management zu leiden und übertragen ihren Unmut weiter auf die Gäste.

Un weekend per una pausa spa!
Pros:

Già stato altre volte, anche in occasione di congressi, e mi sono trovato sempre bene.
Ampia camera, colazione ben organizzata, grande parcheggio. Ottima spa!

Cons:

In sostanza tutto bene. Avevo la suite ma non ho visto differenze con gli altri due amici che avevano una junior, addirittura ulteriori due avevano sulla carta anche una junior ma differiva tanto, in meno, dall'altra boh. La jacuzzi in camera non funzionava, non abbiamo chiamato in reception essendo notte fonda, next time!
