Hotellet ligger overfor et center med en meget stor Carrefpur. Her var virkelig mange dagligvarer at vælge imellem. Lejligheden var passende størrelse til en familie på fire.

Cons:

Badeværelset er delt i to: I den ene ende er toilettet og i den anden håndvask, bruser og badekar. På badeværelset var håndklædetørreren/-holderen rusten. Alle afløb var lidt stoppede, både ved køkkenet, håndvasken og bruseren/badekarret. Poolen var lukket, hvilket ikke fremgik nogen steder.

Pros:

Nice and kind staff.
Shopping centre right across the hotel.
About 10-15min walk to the old town of Nice .

Cons:

No mention of cleaning rule : towels are changed and rooms cleaned only every 8 DAYS. So you’re meant to use the same towels your entire stay.
Room cleaning is an extra fee.
A new set of towels is 8 euros .
Nothing is replaced - no toilet paper , coffee, or tissues.

Upon checking in, our room was not thoroughly cleaned- dust everywhere , some spots on the tables and kitchen …

The gym cannot be used - there is only one bike that works . Two bikes out of order , treadmill broken , cross trainer so rusty and dirty .

Agréable sejour
Pros:

L accueil, l emplacement proche du centre.
L appartement assez calme et propre ( sauf le frigo la nuit). La machine Nespresso dans l'appartement.
La salle de bains agréable et propre.
La salle de fitness et les boissons offertes à l entrée.
Le petit déjeuner diversifié, avec des oranges à presser ce qui est agréable.
La bagagerie.

Cons:

Pas grand chose sauf ce frigo qui fait un bruit assez dérangeant la nuit ( signalé à l accueil)

Apparthotel très pratique pour qui veut séjourner à Nice et explorer les environs sans trop se ruiner en restaurants ou déplacements. Gare SNCF à proximité, tram pas loin, grande surface en face.

Cons:

Places de parking difficile à trouver, à moins de payer 20 € par 24 h.
