Cons:

One of the main reasons we selected your hotel was because it advertised high-speed internet access. We specifically planned this trip so we could combine work responsibilities with enjoying Valldemossa during the mornings and evenings. Unfortunately, the internet service in our room (Room 311) was either completely unavailable or unusable during almost the entire stay.

From the first day, we informed reception that there was no working internet connection in the room. Despite multiple complaints, the reception staff did not provide any effective assistance or alternative solution. After insisting repeatedly, a technician finally came on the second day. The technician informed us that the issue had been fixed, however the internet only worked for approximately 10 minutes before disconnecting again and becoming impossible to reconnect to.

When we contacted reception again, we were told there was nothing more they could do. At no point were we offered an alternative room, compensation, or any meaningful support.

Overall the manager of the hotel went above and beyond to deliver us a great experience
Pros:

The location is insane, one side is the sea - the other, mountains and the pool is like a nature hideaway

Cons:

Upon checkout we had items on our room tab that we didn’t order, assuming it was the room next door however still an uncomfortable experience explaining you did not order this. A check of cctv in the bar area at the order time would make us feel more comfortable and put the situation to rest.

The staff was wonderful. Daniel our waiter was over the top helpful and accommodating
Front desk Ladies were very Sweet as well as the Manager. I have a broken shoulder so between the Maintenance Men and housekeeping they helped Me pack!😁 Bedrooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable Very clean!

Cons:

They dont have room service or Bellmen but the entire staff will physically help you with everything!!
The menu needs some specials if you are staying more than 4 days
Better towels for sure..they were quite bad.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel. La chambre est spacieuse, confortable et parfaitement propre, avec une terrasse et une magnifique vue sur la mer. L’établissement dispose également d’un parking, ce qui est très pratique. Le jardin et la piscine apportent beaucoup de charme à l’ensemble.

Geweldige kamer met ruim balkon en grote badkamer. Personeel was erg vriendelijk zowel bij de receptie als in het restaurant.
