A little gem in the heart of Rome
Pros:

Right in centre of old cobblestone part of Rome city. Close to Colosseum and many and varied restaurants. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. It had a great “atmosphere” and even though room and bathroom were small, both of us were very comfortable there.

Estadia perfeita! Segunda vez que me hospedo neste hotel.
Pros:

Acomodação muito boa e confortável. Quarto pequeno porém muito prático. Bom espaço para colocar as malas. Ar condicionado muito bom. Banheiro e chuveiro muito bons também. Ótima localização, muito perto de vários pontos turísticos.

Great location with lovely staff for a last-minute stay
Pros:

We had to stay here very last minute (original booking error at another place) and I’m glad we did! The front desk host was extremely kind and knowledgeable about the area, she had great recommendations on where to eat and go. We were at a second location around the corner of the main hotel (again, last minute booking) but they showed us the way and even brought over extra blankets for us. Cool area of Rome for a more local experience, and within walking distance of the Colosseum.

Cons:

The AC unit dripped a bit, but a very minor inconvenience

Was excellent for our short stay and would willingly book again!
Pros:

I have to start with the staff: very courteous, professional, and, above all, helpful. Next would come the location, 15min walk from Termini, quiet area. And some great traditional 'Taverne' restaurants and pizzerias within easy walking distance. Breakfast has also a menu choice (not common in 3* hotels). Our twin room had all the basic commodities (we were housed in the annexe opposite the hotel).

Cons:

No 'soundproofing' of rooms; could hear every noise in the corridor outside. Having said that, there wasn't much disturbance at nigh. The shower (with a fixed douche) is quite small and difficult to manoeuvre in.

Foi ótima, desde a chegada com a antecipação do checkin até o café da manhã que era ótimo.
Pros:

Fomos muito bem recebidos, o Alan (não tenho certeza do nome) fez nosso checkin antes do horário o que nos ajudou muito pois estava muito calor quando chegamos.

O atendimento dos funcionários, todos muito atenciosos e simpáticos.

То, что пытались продать отвратительный номер в запущенном состоянии, с грязными некрашеными стенами, тесный, с отвратительной жёсткой кроватью от которой болела спина, с окном выходящим на грязную крышу соседей, без телефона, по которому можно позвонить на ресепшн иипопросить еще одно одеяло, и комната находится отдельно от других комнат с другой стороны здания. И выставили его по цене полноценного гостиничного номера И только после письменного обращения в администрацию, нам поменяли номер и сделали это из страха навредить рейтингу а не из уважения к людям.такое Отношение унижает это то впечатление, которое мы получили.

A great location and wonderful stay!
Pros:

We loved the location of hotel Grifo in the vibrant Monti neighborhood. This location is very convenient to the Colosseum. Fabulous restaurants are around every corner. The multi-lingual front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. Rooms were extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning was adequate for our hot summer stay. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Rome and have recommended it already to friends traveling to Rome next month.

Cons:

The size of the shower in our room was challenging. Our friends in other rooms had slightly larger bathrooms. This was not a deal-breaker for us. We made do!

Pros:

O quarto é muito bom! Cama confortável, ótimos travesseiros e lençóis. Os funcionários são solícitos, ajudam no que for preciso. Dão informações e ajudam tanto por e-mails antes da estadia como durante a hospedagem. O café da manhã é bom, sem grande variedade mas também não senti falta de nada. A limpeza do quarto estava muito boa! A
Localização é ótima: fizemos tudo a pé. Roma termino fica a 20’, estação Republica (para o Vaticano) também fica próxima. E tmb tem a estação Cavour. Também é fácil para pegar ônibus e dá para ir a pé até o Coliseu e Fontana de Trevi. Mas há ladeiras

O que deixou a desejar é o tamanho do box: muito pequeno. Mas eu escolhi o hotel
Já sabendo disso. A acústica do quarto não é muito boa mas tmb não nos atrapalhou.

Overall, a wonderful stay. We appreciated the location and the fantastic staff.
Pros:

The staff was amazing. They were able to check us in early which was wonderful because of the heat. The property was clean and well appointed. The AC worked great.

Cons:

The bed was hard as a rock. Definitely not a memory foam mattress! Both my husband and I woke up with sore backs each morning.
