Stayed in 110. AC was not working. Cockroaches in the room. Shower was rusted. WC was rusted. Overall a bad stay.

Nothing, Horrible property for the price we pay. Carry your luggages on your own. Cant even park car in front of hotel to drop off luggages.

Cons:

The staff did not communicate well in English and seemed quite careless. They forgot to return our Aadhaar cards during check-in. When I first asked about them, I was told they had already been returned. I then requested that they check the CCTV footage to verify this. Before doing so, the receptionist searched again and eventually found our Aadhaar cards misplaced among some books.

We also had to change rooms twice because the air conditioning was not working properly. After the second complaint, we were upgraded to another room. When we reported the issue, we were told that “Chennai is hot.” I understand that Chennai has a hot climate, that is precisely why I booked an air-conditioned room. I expected the AC to function properly throughout my stay.Room phone too does not work and we have to call from our own phone.

It was kept badly, room was shoddy, the bathroom plumbing just did not work in Room 420.

For god sake there was a drain gutter visible under the bed !!!!
