This is a truly hidden diamant. The garden is beautiful with a great swimming pool. Rooms are convenient but sufficient. Service, menu and the whole atmosphere is sublime ! Nicely located outside the tourist hassle.

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue excelente. Desde el momento de la llegada, el personal fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La habitación era cómoda, impecable y con una vista espectacular que hizo la estancia aún más especial.
La comida superó mis expectativas: todo estaba fresco, bien preparado y con una gran variedad de opciones para todos los gustos. Cada comida fue una muy buena experiencia.
Las instalaciones estaban muy bien cuidadas y el ambiente era tranquilo y agradable. Sin duda, es un lugar al que volvería y que recomendaría a cualquiera que busque un servicio de alta calidad, excelente gastronomía y una vista inolvidable. ¡Una estadía de 10/10!
durante mi estancia hubo un aspecto que afectó la experiencia: debido a las obras en los alrededores y, al parecer, a problemas de alcantarillado en las propiedades vecinas, desde mi habitación se percibía en algunos momentos un fuerte olor a alcantarillado.
Staff, old fashioned full service you find much anymore, and dedicated quality servers. Grounds manicured, beautiful landscaping and lighting, top class pool, excellent hot spa, very large all spotless. Evenings having dinner and looking out across the pool and gardens, priceless. One of the best hotel experiences I have encountered so far.
Ac would be nice, weather is quite reasonable but no windows, only the big glass patio doors. A trade off of a cooler room, but smoke and mosquitoes entering or a warm night. School next door is very loud but its ok, we like kids. Neighborhood is kinda loud at night, club music etc but not a big issue. I would prefer no smoking in the rooms or patios, as it drifts right into the adjoining rooms. Nothing that would stop me highly recommending the place.

Nice view and peaceful location
The pool and hot-spring were nice but often a bit dirty in the afternoon.
Lugar cómodo, acogedor y tranquilo, con jardines hermosos y una ubicación conveniente. El personal fue muy amable y servicial, la habitación estuvo siempre limpia y el housekeeping fue impecable. El desayuno incluido es bastante bueno y, aunque el restaurante es algo caro y las porciones pequeñas, la comida es deliciosa. El wifi funciona bien y, en general, ofrece una buena relación calidad-precio.
Falta atención al detalle y mantenimiento, especialmente en las habitaciones y baños, que lucen algo antiguos. La habitación no tenía A/C, ventilador de techo, mosquitero ni blackout, pequeños detalles que mejorarían mucho la comodidad. La piscina principal es bastante fría y la piscina termal tenía algunos elementos que no funcionaban. El servicio del restaurante es excesivamente lento: llegamos a esperar casi 40 minutos por una hamburguesa y un sándwich.
