Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels direkt an der Mezquita ist perfekt. Vom Dachrestaurant hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Mezquita. Dazu kommt die Möglichkeit, das Auto in der Hoteltiefgarage zu parken. Die Rezeption ist immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Great location, friendly staff but quite a few issues with hotel itself and they need to open the roof please

Stunning location right next to the Mezquita, beautiful rooftop with stunning views.

Cons:

'Double' beds were tiny, bathroom dated and had to phone down to reception to turn central heating off which was incredibly loud - and unnecessary in the weather I thought. Roof was closed a lot of the time despite it being an obvious selling point for the hotel. Had to ask reception to let us up there. Staff were very friendly and helped us move rooms but hotel quality wasn't great. Breakfast was extra, served indoors and didn't look worth the cost at all.
