For one night is ok. We actually would come back.
Pros:

We had two rooms. On the Double room The bed was super comfortable and the shower was great. On the Single…hmm, it was not ok.The Location is great and had a nice view to the Niederwald-Denkmal (only on the double room)

Cons:

Even the Hotel was not bad, it was not like in the pictures. The bathroom was sooo small. And the TV does not work. The Single room had things “covering” broken things…

Öffentlicher Parkplatz 10 Meter weiter und preislich in Ordnung (12 Euro Tagesticket)

Cons:

Die Abstimmung mit dem Zimmerreinigungsservice ist nicht vorhanden oder schlecht koordiniert, da ein Besuch desselben um 23.30 mich aus dem Schlaf gerissen hat. Ohne weitere Erläuterung an dieser Stelle. Ohne das wäre es eine 4 von 5 gern gewesen

Cons:

Neu renoviertes Hotel mit einem sehr bequemen Bett. Leider ging nachts die Heizung komplett aus und da es die Silvesternacht war, ist es dann vor Allem im Bad extrem kalt gewesen.

Clean, kind but a little cool
Pros:

I stayed at the hotel at the end of December. The single room was clean and tidy, with a renovated and spacious bathroom.
Breakfast was good, nothing exceptional but complete.
The hotel is centrally located, a short walk from the historic centre, and there is free parking in the area.
The staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the temperature was not comfortable even though the heating was turned up to the maximum. My parents' double room was even cooler. The dining room was also very cool.

Cons:

mancanza di personale (tutto fai da te), la camera 48 era in mezzo a tutte le altre del secondo piano (201-211). Ho dovuto indovinare per trovarla (mancanza di indicazioni). nonostante avessi prenotato anche la colazione, mi e stato scritto che non c'è e mi faranno il rimborso. il mobilio datato avrebbe bisogno di un upgrade, la mia era una stanza vecchia. attenzione a non ustionarvi con la doccia, l'acqua era bollentissima.
