Overall v good value for money. Sharon was excellent. Great help. Always had a smile. V good at her job. Food good.

Cons:

Établissement anglais, bruyant, festif, la nourriture indescriptible, la wifi ne passe pas dans la chambre. Manque de respect des clients entre eux. Beaucoup de bruits dans les couloirs la nuit, parler fort, rires tres fort, portes qui claquent.

Pros:

Value for money and food plentiful

Cons:

The attic corridor on the 3rd floor made me claustrophobic as it was an extremely low ceiling. It didn’t feel safe or within safety regulations.
Also the music was far too loud to enable us to sleep, which when on a skiing holiday is a necessity.

Great hotel for a ski trip in Morzine and surrounding area.
Pros:

Great location, staff were excellent, lovely 3 course dinner, breakfast was continental style with fresh pastries and good coffee. Would definitely return

Cons:

Shame no room set aside to change after skiing before transfer back to airport if you end up doing some skiing on final day. Ski boot room is fine and does the job but I’ve used better. I would recommend booking a locker at the cable car station to save walking the 10 minute walk in ski boots.

Great value, simple but everything you would need for a comfortable week skiing!
Pros:

Clean and quiet rooms with linen provided and fresh towels most days. Simple but plentiful breakfast. Tasty 3 course evening meals were fantastic value for money. Easy access to the main areas of town, 10/15minute walk to lifts or 2 minutes to the bus stop to take you to Avoriaz lifts.

Cons:

Rooms were quite small and very basic. Would have been helpful to be provided with a menu for the week and some welcome information regarding buses etc.

El desayuno mejorable, almohadas muy altas y nos hubiera gustado que desde el hotel nos hubieran dado más información de las estaciones de esquí. El sitio que recomiendan de alquiler muy sin más y no te hacen ningún descuento por venir del hotel, compensa más el intersports
