Good basic accommodation, nothing to blow your socks off but the location is excellent.

Excellent location, Jay at reception very helpful

Cons:

We were unable to use the television, due to the long weekend apparently there was no maintenance assistance, advised that rooms were full so couldn’t get another or even a cable from a different room. Told to email management (not on site) after 9am the next day, didn’t bother as we were checking out. Rooms were fine and had what we needed, could do with an update. One of the single beds sloped badly to one side and had to be propped up with spare pillows. Flooring very stained. Vanity wood rotting at the base due to water damage from the shower. Also, on arrival was told of the security bond, this would be helpful to know prior as it was a significant amount of money.

Quiet comfortable convenient Apartment
Pros:

Perfect location on quiet street very close to our son and beach. Apartment was very comfortable and perfect for our 3 week stay. Staff were always helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay again when visiting St Kilda and our son

Cons:

Apartment was a little dated but was very clean and had very comfy bed. Sofa was not the most comfortable but fine for us as we were out a lot.

Quiet leafy area close to St Kilda Esplanade, Palais Theatre, Luna Park, shopping, and cafes.
Easy 20-minute commute from Southern Cross Station on the 96 Tram.
The apartment was clean and very comfortable.
Fully equipped kitchen.
Washing machine & dryer in bathroom.

Cons:

The flooding of the room in the middle of the night. The lack of ab easy to find emergency number. The fact my mum and dad did not sleep much ob the first night. Expected at least some compensation for the disruption.

Please note this was for my mum and dad. Some confusion when we went to check them in

Great location, clean and tidy apartment.
Pros:

Very convenient location! Located a short walk to tram stop and convenience store.

Cons:

On our stay we stayed in an executive apartment. The apartment itself was clean and very roomy and comfortable. The bed however was very uncomfortable, which was very disappointing.
