There was no breakfast but Manager and staff couldn’t be more helpful.
Nothing.
Location and pool Gym was really good
Unfortunately I forgot an item very important to me and for the last 2 months I have been trying ( unsuccessfully) to get it back . I agreed to the extra fee an I have waited patiently but I always get the “ management is not available to do it’ message
Great location, great staff.
Price was high because of bloody Ed Sheeran.
Have stayed at Quest before. Each time the service is excellent always helpful. Staff friendly and accommodating.
Nothing. All was good.
Location was convenient to st kilda
Dark and dingy rooms. Dated. Broken appliances and poor cleaning.
Jay at reception was phenomenal. Great service and nothing was too much. An asset to the property.
The bathroom had a smell to it which was not very pleasant.
Being charged $100 for a bed when I had paid for 2 people, should not have to pay extra as a twin share
Was disappointing in comparison to every Quest I have stayed at
A very old run down property that didn’t meet the usual Quest standards.
I always stay at Quest because of the beautiful properties and this was a large let down especially the price in comparison to usual costs.
Great location
Fantastic outlook from room
Cleaning was hit and miss. Lack of attention to detail
The location was fabulous. Perfect for the St Kilda festival. Room was very clean. Would stay again. Princess the receptionist was so friendly and helpful.
Booking said there was a coffee machine. There was no coffee machine in the room. Apart from that the stay was exceptional.
Very noisy after midnight with what sounded like party of domestic argument. It made me uncomfortable. Otherwise very nice.
Location. Amenities. Space.
Musty odour. Carpets in desperate need of a steam clean to freshen up the space.
Washer and dryer. Easy to use.
Comfortable beds and apartment when with a group.
Good size fridge for a group.
Walking distance to beach for free Penguin viewing.
Need somewhere to refill drink bottles in the apartment with filtered water, not just tap water. Pool was not inviting. Would be excellent to have a pass to the nearby sea pool and gym. Only discovered this towards the end of our stay.
Great location.
Great communication from staff
Easy late check in
Comfortable beds
Noisy neighbours
Bathroom and kitchen a little run down, but nothing major
The location of St Kilda Bayside was great, but unfortunately our overall stay was quite disappointing.
Our room wasn’t serviced for 3 out of the 4 days we were there. We were told this was because it fell on a Sunday and a public holiday, and they would need to pay staff penalty rates but for the price of the accommodation, we expected housekeeping to be provided regardless.
“We were advised the pool couldn’t be used after reception closed, despite it being one of the main reasons we chose this property, so it was frustrating that we had to challenge this On top of that, there was construction happening during our stay, and both the patio and the rooms were noticeably dirty.
With a few improvements to cleanliness, communication, and guest facilities, this place could be much better but unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations this time.
Heel ruim appartement met een heerlijk bed.
Er was niks wat niet beviel. Sanitair en keuken zijn wel erg verouderd volgens wat in Europa tegenwoordig standaard is. Maar alles deed het en de douche was heerlijk.
