Nice hotel, great staff but there a few things that need addressing.
Pros:

There was a warm welcome on arrival and the staff were very helpful throughout my stay. The bed was super comfy and the food in the restaurants was of a good standard. Toiletries in the room were good and smelt lovely.

Cons:

The towels were a bit hard/worn. Although the bed was super comfy and the room was clean, it was was very basic. I was surprised to see that there weren't even any coffee or tea making facilities which I'd expect from a 4 star hotel. Also, I had a great breakfast on my first morning but was very disappointed to find that there was no bacon or sausages on offer on the second day, apparently due to a late delivery. This unfortunately put a poor end to my stay.

An okay location for your conference
Pros:

Close to the train station
Comfortable beds and a good breakfast

Cons:

Outdated - rooms, facilities. The bathroom had an old shower and the water regulation was broken: water was too hot.
Windows couldn’t be opened and the room ventilation was very bad, too hot and dry.

Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni Cichy i miło spędzony pobyt na pewno jeszcze wrócimy.
Pros:

Przesympatyczna obsługa , czystość w pokoju jak i po za nim, bardzo miła obsługa baru i restauracji oraz pyszne jedzenie.

Heel goed ontbijt, maar de kamer zelf heeft echt wel een update nodig.
Pros:

Ruime kamer. Voor de kinderen een verrassingspakket met kleine cadeautjes vond ik erg attent. Het ontbijt was erg goed: netjes gepresenteerd en voldoende keus. Vriendelijke ontvangst.

Cons:

De badkamer. Erg verouderd: slecht licht en douchen achter een douchegordijn vind ik niet passen bij een 4sterren hotel.

Pros:

Het bed was zeer comfortabel en de kamer van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook de douche was erg fijn.

Cons:

Het bad was voor ons wat te ondiep. De ligging van het hotel en de entree achter viel wat tegen.
