Localização e layout do quarto, era um loft. Para três pessoas ou quatro era ótimo. Duas casas de banho, uma delas para pessoas com dificuldade de mobilidade.

La situació és magnífica. Tenen un servei de pàrquing i trasllat que, pagant-lo, et permet oblidar-te del cotxe. Edifici molt ben restaurat.
