Falta de alinhamento da equipe

Cama confortável, chuveiro e banheiro muito bons.

Cons:

O café é simples e básico, mas os pães eram sempre novinhos. Os bolos eram gelados, o que não gostei. A reposição de itens é lenta. Alguns dias tinha café passado, outros não, só da máquina. A máquina de café dá problema. Em um dos dias eram 9 da manha(o café é servido até às 10), acabou o café e perguntei ao garçom se já estava vindo mais, ele me disse que ia ver se teria mais. Sem comentários pra isso, mas vai casar com o que falarei ao final. Em um dos dias faltou água à tarde por um problema na bomba do pressurizador de água e ela retornou somente às 23h, ficamos sem banho. O hotel não avisou os hóspedes que foram chegando e não saiam da recepção gerando tumulto, poderiam ter mantido os hóspedes informados o que geraria uma situação menos difícil. Ofereceram para tomarmos banho no hotel de Itajai, mas não ofereceram transporte. No dia seguinte solicitei se por gentileza poderiam nos dar um checkout estendido em função deste desconforto e o recepcionista (o mesmo que nos recebeu no checkin com zero cordialidade) me perguntou de maneira hostil se eu queria de graça isso e respondi que não, que apenas gostaria que avaliassem o que entendiam razoável e que poderia ser feito e ele disse que veria com a gerente. Posteriormente a gerente nos concedeu o checkout estendido até as 19h e agradeci. Acabei ficando ruim da coluna e como nosso transporte de retorno estava previsto para as 23h, optei por estender a diária um pouco mais, mediante pagamento. Não avisei, porque fiquei repousando, mas não realizamos o checkout, então seria de se presumir que ficaríamos mais. Qual não foi a minha surpresa ao ter meu repouso interrompido pela recepcionista me questionando com a máquina de cartão na mão pra me cobrar NA PORTA DO QUARTO mais meia diária. Nao poderiam ter chamado no whats?

Pros:

El desayuno muy bueno y variado. La ubicacion , bien . esta a 20 cuadras del centro . Hay transporte publico en la puerta o sino hay taxis y auto de aplicación. Zona tranquila . Cuenta con comedor con precios accesibles y muy buena comida

Pros:

El hotel está en una ubicación priviligiada.
La limpieza y el personal de limpieza, fue excelente.

Cons:

El conserje, si bien estuvo bien, no era muy simpático, era demasiado serio.
Nunca tuvo señal la TV. Se los dije a los distintos turnos pero no atendieron mí requerimiento.
Todos los días cuando llegábamos a la noche después de cenar en el 2 piso y la habitación más alejada, teníamos que volver porque no habría la puerta con la tarjeta.
