Manter ativo um andar contaminado com forte odor de esgoto, é o cúmulo de desrespeito aos hóspedes.

Cheguei ao hotel passando mal, nos colocaram no quarto andar, e ao sair do elevador senti um cheiro forte de esgoto, mas como não estava bem,só queria me deitar, achei que no quarto seria melhor, mas só piorou... Estão em obras e houve algum tipo de vazamento de esgoto, que eles tentaram alegar ser cheiro da tinta...Só se a tinto foi feita a base de detritos orgânicos... Simplesmente insuportável, eu ia mudar de hotel, mas eles nos relocaram para o segundo andar e ali não havia tal odor... então, por não estar bem acabamos ficando.
Só acho que deveriam ter um mínimo de respeito pelos hospedes e isolar a área afetada... agora me pergunto se o restante das instalações não foram afetadas pelo tal vazamento...
Vimos outros hóspedes reclamando do mesmo...
Tem outros hotéis na região com mesmos custos... acho que não valeu a pena... No café ovos mexidos frios, salsicha fria...enfim... é a segunda vez que ficamos lá, e só piorou...

Funcionários atenderam bem, porém devido ao ocorrido não fiquei satisfeita com minha estadia, por não mostrarem enteress

Não foram claros sobre o estacionamento, faltando mencionar valores e mencionar que estavam em obras, os banheiros sucateados, chuveiro molhando todo o banheiro e mofo nas paredes. Meu carro devido as obras o portão foi aberto no manual e acabou caindo com força em cima do capô do carro, causando danos. Arranhou a pintura e vou ter que pagar o polimento. Não se preocuparam em me ressarcir. Diminuíram na estadia do meu Pet porque mencionei. Sendo que vou gastar bem mais para reparar o dano causado.
