Cons:

Limpeza precisa de mais atenção. Faltou água no apartamento por mais de 4 horas nas torneiras. Televisão não sintonizava e sem TV reserva. Café da manhã sem opções (somente pão) e durante 5 dias foi o mesmo café. Sem qualquer variação.

Cons:

Durante 3 dias que fiquei hospedada, 2 deles faltaram água e eles não tinham nenhuma alternativa. Ou seja, deixei de passear no primeiro dia pois não tinha água pra tomar banho nem escovar o dente. E no dia seguinte, fui novamente ao Beto carrero sem banho porque a água novamente acabou.
O hotel super despreparado pra situações assim e nem SEQUER ofereceu um desconto na estadia por isso.

Limpeza muito superficial (manchas na roupa de cama, cheiro forte de desinfetante, migalhas em baixo dos móveis), Ar-condicionado funcionava mas não permitia regulagens de força do ventilador e temperatura estava piscando luz de erro (60 OH), ficamos totalmente sem água no apartamento das 21 hrs até 8 hrs do dia seguinte, anúncio prometia estacionamento mas quando chegamos teria que se deslocar 300 metros de distância para um local terceirizado pago e sem translado, infraestrutura das acomodações bastante desgastada, manchas nas paredes, TV não funcionava. Chegamos 1 hrs antes do check-in mas só iniciaram documentação depois das 15 hrs e quando terminou o apartamento ainda não estava disponível. No check-out expus tudo isso para a recepção e pedi uma binificação pela falta de água, disseram que não fariam nada nesse sentido, somente que se queixou na nuite poderia ter sido deslocado para outro hotel parceiro.
