A localização, a garagem, a simpatia dos funcionários.

Deveria constar uma indicaçao que para chegar ao hotel temos de dar uma volta, porque existe uma obra que não permite o acesso direto.

Esta ubicado en la parte alta, cerca del Corte Inglés y de la estación.

Cons:

La limpieza del baño podría haber estado mejor. No hay escobillas. Y las toallas de ducha son muy pequeñas. La campana del ascensor se oye en la habitación como si hubiese tenido la puerta abierta.

Buena ubicación para moverse andando por el centro de Vigo.
Pros:

Ubicación, limpieza, la cama cómoda y el desayuno bastante completo.

Cons:

Falta de intimidad en el baño, pues la pared que separa la habitación del baño (y retrete) era transparente. Las vista daba a un parking. El comedor del desayuno e un sotano sin ventadas, no muy inspirador.

Below Expectations for a Four-Star Hotel
Pros:

The staff was very nice and the location was perfect

The experience was not unpleasant, but it did not live up to what we are used to. What saves the hotel is that the staff were always very attentive, polite, and charismatic, and the location was perfect for spending a week in Vigo.

Cons:

The breakfast was not worth it, we stay there for a week and after the 3° day we went to have breakfast out even if the buffet breakfast in the hotel was already paid.
The hair dryer was broken and we had to ask for another one.

It is a four-star hotel, but it really needs a good facelift. In many aspects it feels neglected, from the lobby, where some of the wallpaper has been put up carelessly, to the bathroom, where the flush fitting had a different shape from the hole made in the wall to install it.

We always stay in four- or five-star hotels. This one did not feel like a four-star hotel at all. The breakfast, in particular, was very disappointing. The pastries were always stale, the food was quite dry, and it didn’t seem fresh or prepared the same day. Only a few items were changed daily; the rest appeared to be the same from the day before.
