No "bikefriendly" hotel.😭
Cons:

En un mundo que apuesta por la sostenibilidad en el transporte, no dejan alojar tu bici (de carretera, muy limpita) en la habitación. Hay muchos miles de euros invertidos y no hay referencia al reservar al respecto, ni en NH web ni Booking...Se pueden buscar un lío si algún día le pasa algo a una bicicleta. En 34 años compitiendo y viajando, el primer hotel en que me niegan tal acceso. No es "bikefriendly", pero los perros que pueden marranear una estancia, sí(35 eur la noche).

Ubicación para visitar la ciudad, instalaciones y atención del personal.

Cons:

El parking está a 10 minutos en coche (5 caminando), había calles cortadas y el navegador del coche se perdió al recalcular la ruta por calles muy estrechas, lo que obligó a maniobrar con mucho cuidado para no golpear el vehículo marcha atrás. Conviene repasar la ruta antes de ir al parking la primera vez.

Amabilidad del personal, camas muy cómodas

Cons:

El restaurante del hotel no nos gustó porque no nos supieron aconsejar bien con los platos para cenar teniendo en cuenta que íbamos con dos niñas, nos dio la.sensación que nos hicieron pedir de más para aumentar la cuenta.Nos recomendaron pedir 4 unidades de presa iberica con torta del casar que eran muy densas y con 1 hubiera sido suficiente.

Lovely hotel in a great location the staff at reception seemed a little distant. I expected more especially as Spain ha
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and in the old town right in the middle of all that you want to see in Caceres. It overlooks a square with bars and restaurants so the ambience is fantastic. Wonderful food at breakfast.

Cons:

The car park is only a 5 minute walk but due to street closures was a 10 minute drive away.

La ubicación

Cons:

El acceso al interior del hotel con varios escalones, hay que subir a la planta 1 por unos escalones muy incómodos sobre todo si vas con maletas. Luego hay ascensor para subir a las demás plantas.
