Pros:

Beautiful boutique hotel, great location. Love idea to have a fresh omelette for breakfast.

Cons:

construction during the day, so a bit loud and the public parking was a bit complicated to get to because of the construction but reception had a great GPS path to get the to parking (about 15m drive) then its only a 5 min walk back to hotel.
