Pros:

O pequeno almoço é agradável. A localização é perfeita . Dá para visitar tudo a pé. O hotel tem um estacionamento com ligação direta ao hotel.

Cons:

Os quartos são muito quentes. O alarme começou a tocar do nada às 23h.

Disappointing after a great start!

A fantastic location and a very comfortable hotel

Cons:

Extremely disappointing in one respect which coloured our entire stay and what would otherwise have been a 5 star review. We arrived late because we couldn’t find the carpark. Not in itself a disaster as the staff were very helpful. Whilst checking - late circa 8pm - and with a dog etc in tow - in we were asked if we would like to add breakfast to our stay. We agreed. The next morning we decided it was wise to get on the road early. We had a 7 hour plus drive ahead and the city was busy. I spoke to the receptionist 20 minutes BEFORE breakfast was being served and was told I could not cancel because my breakfast had already been prepared! This before had even ordered and had only agreed to at 20h the night before. Super disappointed on the lack of flexibility and empathy m. We paid an extra 26 euros for nothing / nada / rien. Such a shame but we won’t stay again in any Sercotel hotel if this is their policy! I’d love an understandable explanation please

Great location could not be closer to the cathedral and other beautiful sites!

Cons:

Stains on our bed and when we asked for clean ones they gave us another set that also had stains. We asked if we could sit in the lobby and have a drink and eat a snack and the desk attendant said it was " not possible".

Die Lage des Hotels und auch die Freundlichkeit des Personals hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war sehr gut . Das Frühstück war sehr gut, auch im Preisleistungsverhältnis.

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación del hotel y la amabilidad del personal. La habitación era muy buena. El desayuno también estaba muy bien, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta el precio.

Más céntrico, imposible.
Pros:

La ubicación es excepcional, literalmente pegado a la catedral.

Cons:

Tenía que salir de viaje pronto a la mañana siguiente y la sala del desayuno abrió con retraso. Además, las chicas encargadas de la sala no fueron especialmente amables.
