Pros:

A comfortable, good quality accommodation in a perfect location. Most rooms have a French balcony with lovely views overlooking the old town and the city. The hotel is only a short stroll away from the cathedral and university buildings. Also a very beautiful art nouveau & art deco museum is just round the corner.
