Le petit déjeuner était mauvais. Les pains au chocolat dataient d’un ou deux jours. Salle de bains toute petite sans chauffage
Nice room, decent size, bed was very comfortable. The guy at reception was very pleasant and helpful about places to go. Great location lots of places to eat within walking distance. We would stay here again
Our bathroom was freezing even though the radiator was on, it just didn't seem to heat it
This is now our second stay here and on both visits Joe has been great lovely service very helpful. The breakfast is one of the best I have ever had.
It is well located to the OVO hydro. Plenty of bars around the area. The hotel is clean and fresh. Breakfast was lovely. Cannot fault anything about this hotel, we will definitely book again.
Nothing. This hotel is excellent.
The building is very smart and well kept. Room was of a lovely size and clean.
It was so noisy. All could hear was the banging of doors and footsteps outside our door. I think our room was above a kitchen as in the morning from about 6am all we could here was pans crashing around and the room smelt like food an we had to open to windows as it was Smokey to the point we smelt like cooking oil.
The staff very good
Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms nice and clean.
Great location - easy walk down to the OVO tunnel. On a bus route that takes you into town pretty quickly. Joe on reception was lovely, always pleasant and made us feel comfortable straight away. We were in the family room - 3 adults and it was plenty space, a double bed and 2 singles. Small dining room for breakfast which was laid out for each of the rooms that had booked breakie.
There was nothing we didnt like. Its not like your new modern hotels in town, but they have it lovely for it being an older building.
Friendly welcome at reception Room spotless, we only stayed 1 night everything you needed was there. Kettle tea /coffee. Shower/bathroom appeared to have been recently renewed and was very lean. Location is great for Finnieston pubs/restaurants and Hydro/secc.
Very minor- creaking floorboards which sounded worse if you get up during the night.
Freshly decorated and super clean with very obliging staff.
Nothing
Everything was clean, room had plenty of storage and a desk to work from, bed was comfy and the shower was decent. The staff were top notch. Ryan and Joe were on reception during my stay, both always easy to find and friendly. I'm a blind person and needed a bit of extra help with a few things, they both took it in their stride and nothing was too much trouble. Cheers chaps, you're much appreciated!
The building is a bit noisy (plumbing and movement in the halls/on the stairs) so it might not be the best fit for you if you're a really light sleeper.
