Cama, roupa de cama e travesseiros muito confortáveis e de boa qualidade. Quarto bem grande, closet e banheiro e chuveiro separados.

Excellent resort with exceptional staff
Pros:

This was where we went to relax after Salvador carnival. Having being robbed in Salvador and with a bad case of bronchitis, we were downcast and tired. The staff at Villa dos Corais went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and memorable. Special praise goes to Elaine Cruz who could not have been more diligent and obliging in helping us at all stages. She is one of the best people in hospitality I’ve ever encountered in my travels. I hope her boss knows what a star he has getting tasks done with minimal fuss. The boss himself also did us a huge favour that we must salute. For my bronchitis, a special beetroot and ginger tea was prepared by Fabio who was super sweet and attentive- going so far as to deliver my follow-up afternoon portions every day. Finally, Jackson was the cool and smiling maitre’d who was ever attentive and gracious. Thank you all for your kindness and effort.

Cons:

What didn’t we like? Having to finally leave this gem!

El lugar es fantastico y las instalaciones de primera en todo sentido. Habitacion, jardines, vistas, pileta y lugar para tomar sol. Super hotel. A mi la pileta me gusto especialmente. La playa tambien me gustó

En algunas situaciones la informacion no fue clara ya que nadie habla español y quizás no entendimos lo que nos dijeron

Funcionários extremamente atenciosos, ótimo café da manhã, quarto espaçoso, ótima área de piscina e ótimos drinks. Caso volte para morro de São Paulo com certeza ficarei hospedado no Villa dos Corais novamente.

tudo otimo, localização, equipe e atendimento. Ja fui outra vez e sempre satisfeita. Voltarei mais vezes.

Cons:

No cafe da manha o fato de ter que alguém escolher é ruim, nao entendo pq isso. O atendimento na bancada de serviço também nao e bom - pessoas sem boa vontade. Sugiro deixar livre acesso ao buffet.

Cons:

A barreira de vidro na área do café da manhã não faz sentido. Tira a liberdade de escolha do hóspede. Funcionou no pós pandemia. Hoje não funciona mais.

Boa acomodacao mas nao excelente

Funcionarios muito educados.

Cons:

Falta modernidade nos quartos. Pouca disponibilidade de horários do transfer do checkout. O motorista atende outra pousada, alem do aeroporto local. Nao ha servico de quarto.
