El desayuno y el spa. Habitación limpia y cama muy cómoda.
El spa necesita una revisión, algunas cosas no funcionan, aún así el descanso y remanso de paz que hay en las instalaciones merece la pena. El desayuno de 10. Las instalaciones muy bonitas.

Cons:

Falta de detalles. Para un 5 Estellas y lo que cuesta deberían esmerarse más en los detalles. Ell baño limpio pero como en esa zona hay mucha cal deberían revisar la grifería. Falta de jabon en los baños. Al servicio de limpieza debería revisar siempre que tanto el champú acondicionador y gel de baño estén rellenos.

Fin de semana de descanso y vino en pareja.
Pros:

Que la bodega y el Hotel están al lado. El personal muy agradable, especialmente detallista el encargado, creo que de nombre José Luis. Los restaurantes también muy bien.

La paz que se respira en todo el hotel.

Cons:

Las habitaciones que dan sobre la cubierta me hubiese gustado que la zona hubiese tenido menos hierbajos.
Y que todas las zonas del spa hubieran funcionado y avisasen a los huéspedes que es una zona de relax. Eran un poco alborotadores.

El desayuno buffet

Cons:

Dadas las estrellas (5) del hotel y el precio de la noche, esperaba mucho más en cuanto a la calidad del Spa y sus instalaciones, el agua de los jacuzzis templada solo uno estaba caliente, y dos de agua muy fría, la sauna de vapor-húmeda, también fría, no se podía entrar ni estar allí y la temperatura del ambiente en la zona del spa fría. En cuanto a la habitación, todos los grifos, ducha y bañera con cal por todos lados, como indico es un hotel de 5estrellas; y por el precio pagas por ciertas garantías.
