Always extremely pleased with the stay here just on hot days supply fans and service units in room

This time round hot day arrived late 11.45 pm so didn’t want to bother staff as were tired but room very hot reading 26 degrees couldn’t turn off heating cooling unit couldn’t turn down no fan in room like last time very noisy unit

Pros:

Excellent place for a pitstop night. We checked in after midnight but were greeted by a lovely night staff lady, who served us a drink with a smile. Room in general excellent, very clean and nice touches (biscuits, nice coffee etc). Good air con in the room on the hottest day of the year was a blessing.

Cons:

The mattresses were pretty firm and a bit springy (not so soft).

Going to Magor brewery the best location to stay but make sure you've eaten before arrival.
Pros:

With this temperature the airco worked very well. The staff was extremely helpfull to solve an issue with power outlets and looking for adapater (EU - UK), be it such things should be standard in any UK hotel.

Cons:

Bit disappointing that when arriving at 20.30 no dinner or any kind of food can be served. The adviced (only) 2 locations in the neighbourhood no longer served food.
They are located in front of Budweiser Brewery and most of their customers are for the brewery. Why do they not serve beer produced overthere ? Bit of respect or thanks would be appreciated.

A real gem! Wonderful staff
Pros:

The staff were amazing - from the initial welcome to giving us ice lollies in the recent heatwave! Oh, and wonderful aircon too. Superb comfy beds, lovely quiet rooms, despite being close to a busy road.

Can’t think of a thing.

One night stopover
Pros:

This was such a lovely one night stop over. Firstly I have to commend your cleaning staff the whole hotel was clean and bright and the rooms were immaculate. The beds were very comfy and the little extras such as nice coffee, biscuits and toiletries really made our stay feel extra special. Unfortunately the bar and grill next door was closed but we found a beautiful little Italian and Tapas restaurant named Papi's less than 5 minutes drive away which I can highly recommend. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Nothing, it was great value for the price and we would come back
