Pros:

Gute Lage, manchmal aber etwas laut.

Cons:

Im Außenbereich des Frühstücksrestaurants teilweise sehr ungepflegt und Müll vom Vorabend/Nacht. Frühstücksbufet gut, aber wenig Abwechslung.

Pros:

Byli jsme s manželem velice spokojeni,úklid na pokoji každý den, velké snídaně, personál usměvavý, v recepci též, krásný a čistý bazén a ten výhled super. Určitě hotel doporučuji a snad se to podaří a zase se vrátíme.

Esperienza semplicemente fantastica!
Pros:

Ho soggiornato presso l’Hotel dei Congressi l’esperienza è stata eccellente. La bella struttura Le camere sono spaziose, dotate di ogni comfort.

Uno dei punti di forza dell’hotel è senza dubbio la splendida piscina, ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata trascorsa alla scoperta di Castellammare di stabia.

La colazione è semplicemente eccezionale: ricca, varia e preparata con prodotti di qualità, capace di soddisfare ogni esigenza e gusto.

Un plauso speciale va a tutto il personale per l’accoglienza calorosa, la disponibilità e la professionalità dimostrate durante tutto il soggiorno. Ci si sente subito come a casa.

Consiglio vivamente l’Hotel a chiunque desideri trascorrere una vacanza all’insegna del comfort, del relax e dell’ospitalità. Sicuramente tornerò! 👍🏻🏖️⭐

Aufenthalt hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen
Pros:

Besonders schön ist der Ausblick zum Vesuv und Richtung Neapel vom Zimmer und von der Dachterrasse. Es gibt eine sehr schöne Poollandschaft, Parkplatz geschützt im Hotelbereich.

Pros:

Gutes Hotel in toller Lage, sehr gutes internationales Frühstück, freundliches Personal, sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit, schöner Pool mit Bar. Alles in allem eine, obwohl in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

“Struttura confortevole, ma alcuni aspetti possono essere migliorati”
Pros:

Nel complesso abbiamo avuto una buona esperienza presso l’Hotel dei Congressi, anche se, per un’improvvisa urgenza lavorativa, non abbiamo potuto usufruire di tutti i giorni previsti dalla prenotazione e siamo dovuti partire prima.
La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e confortevole.
Molto comodo anche il terrazzino, dotato di sdraio, tavolino e sedie, che abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente.
Per quanto riguarda la colazione, mi aspettavo qualcosa in più, soprattutto considerando le numerose recensioni positive sulla varietà dei prodotti.
La scelta è effettivamente ampia, ma ho trovato poca presenza di prodotti artigianali.
Inoltre, non ho particolarmente apprezzato il fatto di dover chiedere al personale di sala di preparare caffè e cappuccino.
Personalmente preferisco avere la libertà di servirsi autonomamente, senza dover dipendere dal personale: è una piccola cosa, ma per me contribuisce a vivere la colazione con maggiore tranquillità.
Abbiamo scelto anche la formula di mezza pensione.
Anche in questo caso la scelta era piuttosto ampia, ma a mio parere la qualità potrebbe essere migliorata.
Un ringraziamento particolare al maître che, insieme allo chef, si è dimostrato molto disponibile e attento nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze legate ad alcune intolleranze al lattosio.
Nel complesso il giudizio è buono.
La struttura ha diversi aspetti positivi, ma con qualche attenzione in più sulla qualità della ristorazione e sulla gestione della colazione potrebbe sicuramente migliorare.

The hotel is beautiful, with breathtaking views of Faito Mountain. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable. Overall, a lovely hotel with excellent service and stunning views.

Cons:

A couple of small improvements would make the stay even better: it would be useful to have hooks or a towel rack in the bathroom for hanging towels, and some additional soundproofing around the room door would help reduce noise from the corridor and light.
