Cons:

Das Frühstück ist ist wirklich gut, aber dennoch zu teuer. Wir würden nicht mehr im Hotel frühstücken für diesen Preis. Es gibt genügend Orte wo man günstiger und trotzdem auch sehr gut frühstücken kann.
Die Bettdecken sind im Winter zu dünn.

Sustainable approach at Hotel (offered voucher instead of room cleaning)

Not everyone on the staff was as welcoming and cheerful as we expected from reading the previous reviews.
Some of the bar personnel was actually rude and unfriendly.

The location was super convenient.

Cons:

The cleaners did not clean our room at all because we forgot to move the sign in front of the bedroom to “clean our room”. This might be our mistake too but it was annoying that they didn’t even try.

Cons:

Digitaler Check- in und Checkout super kompliziert. Einlass am Frühstück hat mich drei Tage lang sehr lange warten lassen.
Meine Rechnungsadresse habe ich vorab per Mail und vor Ort hinterlegt und im Nachgang wurde ich ein drittes Mal nach der Rechnungsadresse für Eibe digitale Rechnung gefragt. Schlechter geht es kaum. Personal an der Bar unfreundlich und arrogant

Современный, деловой отель. Удобно расположен, 10 минут езды на трамвае от центрального железнодорожного вокзала. Удобные кровати и подушки, в номерах тихо. Очень хороший завтрак.
