A comfortable, hassle-free stay with a lovely free upgrade and smooth check-in and check-out. 😊
Pros:

Great stay! We were kindly upgraded to an en-suite room free of charge, which was a lovely surprise. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, and we had no issues at all during our stay. Would happily stay here again. 😊

cheap, comfortable and a central location for the gays bars - will be staying again :)

Location is close to the gay bars. The room was small but warm - The shower was a decent, in sense of space and water power - i cant bare weak showers. check out was 10.30/11 - ideal to have a lie in.

Cons:

there no bar in Tropics but its next door at the bar that belongs to the sister B&B - This isnt a dislike this is to let people who may want to book theres is a bar but its next door.

Will be coming again!
Pros:

Booked this hotel as a last minute and so glad we did!! Hotel is in a great location!! Was greeted by a very friendly guy that works there who was very friendly and welcoming! At first we walked past the hotel until we seen the sign but once we entered it was like the tardis haha! Inside was very clean , smelt lovely , bedrooms was a very good size and beds was comfy! Will definitely be staying at this hotel again!

Cons:

Only problem we had was the pressure of the shower and going very hot then ice cold! So make sure you’re only in there for a couple of minutes haha! But other than that no other problems! Will be returning

Nice central and clean hotel
Pros:

Fab location for parking, the train station, central shops, and bars. clean and tidy room and bathroom. Tea/coffee available and tv in the room. Smells nice when you enter the hotel. clean, nice smelling towels on the bed. heating was on so was nice and warm. We have booked again for December.

Could do with an update but not too bad.

Tired, old and unhelpful staff

Shower was poor, no power so either scalded or freezing cold
TV old with few channels
Staff couldnt wait to get away when I was wanting to ask questions

Great location and clean, would say it’s over priced for what it is especially as the shower didn’t work

Shower didn’t work!
It was either freezing or eventually after a good 10mins it was then scolding - couldn’t get the right mix
Friends stayed in a room next to me and they had the same issue
Tv didn’t turn on either

Great, definitely be back

Great location, room was spotless and nice decor. Bed was very comfortable, staff were very helpful and gave us a free room upgrade as it wasn’t that busy. Would definitely recommend
