Had a lovely stay, could see the sea, would loved to have been a little higher up, happy with room
Pros:

Absolutely spotless, lovely big shower, lovely room, very quiet, lovely big wardrobes

Cons:

Would have loved to have a cooked breakfast, lovely dinning space could be made lovely to dine in. bed a little too soft just personal choice. Would love the loo in with the shower again personal choice and a little hard getting to the loo passing by the bed.

Very nice welcome from the member of staff, very quiet and clean hotel
Free on-site parking
Good location, close to the beach which is located at the bottom of the cliff

Cons:

It could be better if breakfast was available and included in the price

Great venue for the BICC and general access to town centre. - Lovely staff...
Pros:

We had a sea room and a view of the pier. Location to the BICC is excellent as just round the corner. The hotel is not luxurious but neither is the cost. Room was spartan but functional and comfy. The staff are really friendly and a pleasure to chat too. The bar is excellent with a huge TV to watch with a great view over the sea as does the comfortable lounge.

Cons:

A few more human nice touches would make the place more 'warmer' to stay.

Perfect place to stay.
An interesting old building with rooms that are clean tidy.
Our bathroom was huge, with a bath big enough for 3 people and a large shower.
We had a view towards the sea.
The staff were friendly and chatty.
The addition of a free car park was a huge bonus.

Cannot wait to book for summer and Christmas festivities again.

So close to the beach, park and town centre

Cons:

Nothing … the hotel manager made sure your stay was as pleasurable as it could be. Fantastic host and amazing stay and view of the beach!
