Brudny pokój i nieprzyjemna obsługa recepcji
Cons:

Pobyt w tym hotelu niestety rozpoczął się bardzo nieprzyjemnie. Pokój, który otrzymaliśmy, był wyraźnie nieprzygotowany na przyjazd gości — pościel była brudna, całość sprawiała wrażenie niedoczyszczonej i zwyczajnie niekomfortowej. Dodatkowo rezerwacja była dla 5 osób, natomiast pokój przygotowano jedynie dla 4.

Po zgłoszeniu problemu wieczorem obsługa recepcji zachowała się bardzo nieprofesjonalnie i nieuprzejmie. Zamiast rozwiązania problemu zaproponowano nam jedynie dodatkowy koc. Było już późno, więc nie chcieliśmy szukać innego hotelu i zostaliśmy na noc w takich warunkach, co kosztowało nas sporo nerwów i zepsuło pierwszy wieczór pobytu.

Dopiero następnego dnia rano, po rozmowie z innym pracownikiem recepcji, sytuacja została potraktowana poważnie. Zaproponowano nam zmianę pokoju i po powrocie ze zwiedzania otrzymaliśmy czysty, odpowiednio przygotowany pokój dla 5 osób. Jak widać — dało się to zrobić, szkoda tylko, że dopiero po interwencji i niepotrzebnych stresach.

Na plus należy ocenić reakcję dziennej obsługi i finalne rozwiązanie problemu, jednak pierwsze wrażenie i sposób potraktowania nas przez wieczorną recepcję pozostawiły bardzo duży niesmak.

Fuimos de finde y cogimos un apartamento. Totalmente limpio, equipado, acogedor y cómodo. Nos gustó mucho el balcón terraza.

No limpian el apartamento en 3 días. Aunque lo dijimos tuvimos que bajar a pedir toallas limpias.

Uima-allas ja ulkoalue todella mukavia, 24/7 vartiointi todella iso plussa. Kauppakeskus lähellä
