Para o que buscávamos que era acesso a uma praia tranquila com crianças, foi bom, mas não voltaria.
Pros:

A única vantagem do hotel é ter uma praia próxima praticamente privativa com pouca gente, tranquila.
Café da manhã é bom.

Cons:

Praia não tem serviço na beira-mar, tem que ir até o restaurante buscar todos os pedidos (ressalto que o restaurante não é vinculado ao hotel, mas é a única opção na beira-mar).
Para ir até a praia que o mar é calmo uma distância considerável, se há crianças ou idosos o ideal é ir de carro (percurso de carro de 2-3min por dentro do condomínio privado ao lado do hotel).
Serviço do restaurante na piscina do hotel deixou a desejar, falta gerência e orientação no hotel pois os funcionários colocavam música alta na piscina e gosto duvidoso, não achei agradável para ficar com crianças em ambiente assim.
Os quartos apesar de bem limpos não foram reformados, é o mesmo há anos (visitei o hotel há +- uns 18 anos).
Pegamos meia-pensão e o jantar do restaurante do hotel era um buffet, não gostamos das comidas. Restaurante barulhento. Poucos garçons, precisava ir atrás deles pra pedir as bebidas pois eram poucos pra quantidade de pessoas.
Resumindo, hotel precisa de muitas melhorias em relação a gerência e atendimento. Comparando com o antigo Itapema Plaza, perdeu muito a qualidade e o valor da estadia não condiz com o que é oferecido. Não voltaria.

Cons:

Da localização da praia, poderia oferecer melhores trajetos e melhorar a estrutura na praia... poderiam também ampliar o espaço do café da manhã, para evitar tumulto como ocorre nos meses iniciais do ano. O valor da diária também é beeeemmm salgadinho....
