Started with a bitter note.
Pros:

My major concern during this stay was regarding the early check-in experience. The contact number provided by the property was not working. After checking multiple sources, I finally managed to get in touch with the hotel team and spoke with Vinay, who later connected me with Feroz from the Front Office team. I requested an early check-in and clearly mentioned that I was travelling overnight by road in my personal car along with my husband and we were extremely exhausted. I was also willing to pay any applicable early check-in charges as per policy.

However, my request was denied. Upon reaching the hotel, I was informed that no rooms were available and was asked to leave. I requested at least a place to freshen up, but the night shift receptionist informed me that services would only be available after two hours and refused to accommodate or assist in any manner. Due to this, I had to book another hotel for a few hours and pay additional early check-in charges. The lack of empathy and the rude behaviour made the beginning of my stay very unpleasant.

Unfortunately, the challenges continued during check-in. I was initially given keys to a room that was already occupied by another guest. The next room provided had a damp and unpleasant smell. A third room was finally allotted after approximately 30 minutes of additional waiting for cleaning.

On a positive note, the housekeeping team was extremely helpful, efficient, and handled their responsibilities perfectly. Their prompt service was commendable.

Overall, while housekeeping service was appreciable, the Front Office team displayed rude behaviour and showed no willingness to listen or address guest concerns, which significantly impacted my overall experience.

Citrus restaurant is great. Rooms a bit worn out

The citrus restaurant has a great selection for breakfast. The staff is great! People like Subho and Simran did a great job asking for live counter service. They also have a unique thing I noticed where they hire deaf and speech impaired staff. Great initiative !!

Value for Money Business Hotel
Pros:

Location is close to our Hyderabad office which makes this ideal for business trips. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Staff are extremely friendly. Rahul and the front desk team made sure my stay is comfortable. Breakfast options are mostly Indian dishes but there are a few western and non veg options.

I wish the WiFi connections inside the rooms are stable as it kept dropping. There were also a few power outages which only lasted several seconds.

Overall a good hotel for business travel.
