Not a pleasant stay due to delay in check in, check out and WiFi issue. Staff was not attentive, responsive to concern
Pros:

The breakfast options were good, but wasn’t good enough to handle the crowd. It was small

Cons:

Chose the stay for official/business purpose. The Wi-Fi connection and internet was pathetic, called IT guy couple of times but he was rude and asked to buy additional package. Seems scam to push customer buy additional data package after they check in to the hotel

Started with a bitter note.
Pros:

My major concern during this stay was regarding the early check-in experience. The contact number provided by the property was not working. After checking multiple sources, I finally managed to get in touch with the hotel team and spoke with Vinay, who later connected me with Feroz from the Front Office team. I requested an early check-in and clearly mentioned that I was travelling overnight by road in my personal car along with my husband and we were extremely exhausted. I was also willing to pay any applicable early check-in charges as per policy.

However, my request was denied. Upon reaching the hotel, I was informed that no rooms were available and was asked to leave. I requested at least a place to freshen up, but the night shift receptionist informed me that services would only be available after two hours and refused to accommodate or assist in any manner. Due to this, I had to book another hotel for a few hours and pay additional early check-in charges. The lack of empathy and the rude behaviour made the beginning of my stay very unpleasant.

Unfortunately, the challenges continued during check-in. I was initially given keys to a room that was already occupied by another guest. The next room provided had a damp and unpleasant smell. A third room was finally allotted after approximately 30 minutes of additional waiting for cleaning.

On a positive note, the housekeeping team was extremely helpful, efficient, and handled their responsibilities perfectly. Their prompt service was commendable.

Overall, while housekeeping service was appreciable, the Front Office team displayed rude behaviour and showed no willingness to listen or address guest concerns, which significantly impacted my overall experience.
