It was just dirty. The staff at the front desk was always outside smoking or just sitting out there. They were a lot of things that you needed.

What breakfast? The staff did not mention it

Cons:

Bathroom tub faucet did not close for the shower properly and the spout came out of the wall. Carpet was soiled with many spots on it. Did not want to walk on the carpet in our bare feet. Other guests came in at 4am and were very loud so difficult to sleep. Insufficient blankets available in the room. We likely could have asked for another one but tried to make things work. Thermostat on the wall did not seem to work plus heater blew all of heat behind the curtains so had to aggressively bundle the up against the window to all heat into the room. TV was unplugged from the cable system so had to figure out what was wrong by pulling the cabinet out away from the wall.

Trashy place, renovate or close it up.
Pros:

This property needs extensive renovation before it’s to far gone.
In my room, 203, the carpet needs replaced, walls need painted, the stove is rusted, look at the Kleenex dispenser and the bathroom mirror.
You have a year of no maintenance before the building needs gutted and remodeled, or just close it as I’m sure the corporation made their money and won’t want to put more money into the property.

Poorly kept building. Not worth half what I paid.
Pros:

The location was convenient, and parking was included. These were the only positives.

Cons:

The whole 2nd floor smelled like stale cigarette smoke, wet dog, and urine. The walls were covered in residue from people smoking, and the carpet in the room was filthy. I also couldn't check out, because there was no one answering the front desk phone at 7am.

Drug dealers and pimps and prostitutes in parking lot and going in and out of entrances. (Rocks proping open secondary entrances). Management seemed like they didn't care. Room for an extended stay. Had a small apartment refrigerator 2 burner stove no oven had microwave dishwasher ( that was disconnected by maintenance on order from owner) No coffee pots anywhere in rooms nor lobby. 2 tiny pillows for a king bed not enough linen ie blankets. Not even an alarm clock or any clock for that matter in rooms. Ohh by the way no pots no pans plates silverware for room use. Check sheet said pots and pans available for purchase for 50 bucks, when I inquired that's no longer offered.online the picture of room showed coffee pots alarm clocks but absolutely no mention of anything that was no longer available. FALSE ADVERTISING IN MY BOOK. I wouldn't stay in this dump again if it was free.

We left and did not stay due to soiled, gross mattress with stains and possible bed bugs. They never did refund me despite contacting hotels.com
