Security compromised
Pros:

As always nice rooms and clean.

Cons:

1. I booked for a smoking room but when check-in no smoking rooms were available and they provide me a room with balcony and recommend me to smoke outside which were not of my taste.
2.A man approached me just outside Punjab Grill in the smoking area and asked me money to eat.the security did not pay attention as too many people around but it was a very dangerous situation as I refused to give money the man insisted and stood in front of me for 3mins behaving like mad!I was very looking if have cameras around but didn't find.my security was compromised! I inform the lady at front desk in the morning but they didn't took it serious and told me their manager was in meeting and will revert back which was false.
3. Two ladies inform me when entering the restaurant for breakfast that slippers were not allowed.then I saw about 20 people have wear slippers in the restaurant! Why only me?

Great location.
Pros:

The hotel was central and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

The shower had a very strong smell of chlorine. Room service food trays were left unattended in the corridor.

Emplacement et personnel au top !
Pros:

Le personnel est très attentionné. L’emplacement vous permet de réaliser une bonne partie à pied.
La piscine sur le toit est incroyable pour les journées de forte chaleur! Le petit déjeuner est incroyable. Nous devions pas y retourner et nous y retournons en fin de séjour du coup!

Cons:

Il est dommage de ne pas mettre à disposition gratuitement quelques boissons dans les chambres. Il manque cette petit attention qu’on peut retrouver ailleurs dans des 5 étoiles. Sinon vraiment parfait !

Good location.

Cons:

Rooms need to be refurbished dates and old in my opinion. Worst WiFi I have had in Thailand, I had 2 rooms worse than dial up and connection drops every 2 minutes and have to sign in again. Reception and porters are friendly and helpful. Ohh I also pulled 4 screws out of the pool on the only time I used it. Not the Radisson experience I am used to.
