Staff are great.
Location is excellent.
Booked a city views room and got a 2nd floor view of the side of a building next door. Perhaps 4m from our windows. Not city view!
The staff were so helpful and kind and helped with everything we needed. The room was great, exactly what we needed. Nice rooftop pool, our kids really enjoyed it. We used the shuttle to the main street, which was a nice bonus. Big breakfast buffet, I really liked the Thai desserts that changed every day.
Breakfast was nice, but I wish there was more variety of the western options.
I was very impressed with the service given on arrival and thankyou to Som-O and Cherry for their assistance checking us in and helping with all of our needs. Highly recommended
