Bad decision making, not recommended.
Pros:

So called 4 star hotel with some serious problems.
First off, arriving after a long journey, I was put into smoking room on a smoking floor. They tried selling me the idea the room was a non-smoking one so I reluctantly accepted. Their statement that it was the only one available (I had booked only earlier, never asking for a smoking room) should of course never be an excuse to be put into a dirty, incredibly smelly room. After inspecting my room, concluding it was very bad, I went down asking for another room but they wouldn't let me change. I tried my luck a few hours later in the evening and found a different manager who proposed I could change rooms the next day if I would bring down all my stuff early morning. So that was what I did. Upon return late afternoon next day they had given me an upgrade. Thanks for that. But, it has been such an unforgiven error in the first place on their behalf that I am sure I will never return. Staff was ok and did their best it seemed but as a frequent traveler it was obvious this hotel deserves anything but for stars. Not recommened.

Pros:

Staff service are really good

Cons:

It’s bit noisy at night due to the party location. If you are for party this is good place. For family I will reconsider only for the location. Otherwise service is great

la chambre est un véritable appartement, très belle piscine et spa, le petit déjeuner est le meilleur et le pus varié trouvé en Thaïlande, situé en plein coeur de sukhumvit, quartier très animé, nombreux bars, musique live etc...
